Therefore, be restrained in everything, and if possible, rest more 💤. Calmness, non-fatty food, and reducing communication with others will be very helpful 🚫.

People around us may say unpleasant things today; it is important to be tolerant of their words and actions 🙂. We must understand that if they speak, we have indeed crossed the line 😅. But do not take their words literally; they merely point out the direction we should pay attention to 👉. The main thing is to rid ourselves of pride and look at ourselves from the side 👀. And you yourself should be gentler in your remarks; do not be surprised if others perceive your good intentions differently 👆.

It is useful to communicate with wise people today 😉. Remember that every person we meet can become a teacher to us in some way 👩‍🏫. If you can rid yourself of judgments and prejudices, wisdom will reveal itself in ordinary life situations 😲.
