Pancakes stuffed with apples, raisins, and nuts are a delicious and sweet dish that can be prepared in just forty minutes. Children will be delighted with these sweet thin pancakes filled with this mixture, and adults are unlikely to refuse such a treat.
Let’s look at a simple recipe for making thin sweet pancakes with a filling of fresh apples, nuts, and raisins. What ingredients do you need to buy for this recipe?
Ingredients – chicken eggs – 1 pc.
– granulated sugar – 3 tsp,
– salt – a pinch,
– vegetable oil – 3 tbsp,
– milk – 1 cup,
– wheat flour – 5 tbsp,
– apple – ½ pc.,
– raisins – 2 tbsp,
– walnuts – 2 tbsp,
– powdered sugar – 2 tsp,
– chocolate topping – 2 tsp,
– fresh mint – for garnish.
Take one chicken egg and crack it into a deep bowl for preparing pancake batter. Add granulated sugar. Do not add too much, as the pancakes may stick and burn to the pan. Then pour in the oil.
Add milk. The fat percentage doesn’t matter—you can use either high-fat or low-fat milk. Just don’t replace the milk entirely with water, as it will change the taste of the pancakes. If you want less caloric pancakes, use ½ cup milk and ½ cup water.
Add wheat flour. Mix the batter thoroughly until smooth and uniform. You can use a whisk for this.
Prepare the walnuts, removing them from their shells.
Take raisins, wash them, and steep in boiling water.
Choose apples to your taste and finely chop them.
Mix together the raisins, apples, walnuts, and sprinkle with powdered sugar. The pancake filling is ready.
Heat a frying pan, lightly greased with oil, and cook the pancakes. Place the filling onto each cooked pancake.
Carefully roll the pancake into a tube and place it on a plate.
Drizzle the pancakes with chocolate topping and garnish with fresh mint leaves. The dish is ready. It can now be served.
