Bloggers – 3: Sleep and Dreams

Hi! I’m glad to talk to you again! Today I wanted to discuss the natural physiological process of being in a state of minimal brain activity and reduced responsiveness to the surrounding world. In everyday language, this is called sleep. But more precisely — dreaming. I know that all people dream, but not everyone remembers their dreams. Most often, women remember dreams, while all my male acquaintances complain that they don’t remember their dreams or that their dreams aren’t colorful and vivid. I feel really sorry for them, because in dreams we live another, fantastic life, and sometimes this life is brighter and more interesting than real life. Scientists have different views on the world of dreams. They explain their occurrence by the fact that during the day, that is, during the waking period of any creature, including humans, a colossal flow of information pours in. During falling asleep, the brain processes this information which we were unable to comprehend and remember during the day. In our normal state, we don’t have access to such information, although very often the roots of our problems are hidden there. Many psychological schools have developed effective techniques for resolving human life issues, and therapists use people’s dreams, analyzing them in detail. Of course, I don’t argue with them, but I personally prefer the esoteric approach. Esotericists believe that our soul travels to other worlds during sleep. In space, there exists a certain informational field containing information about what was, is, and will be. This is where prophetic dreams come from. After all, dreams are memories of where the soul wandered at night and what it saw there. Prophetic dreams are certainly a separate topic. I think almost every woman has a dream dictionary on her shelf. For example, I went through several versions until I found one that resonated with me. After all, a dream dictionary is just as much a tool for interpreting symbols as Tarot cards or runes. You need to feel that it provides the answers you’re seeking. Among my friends, it’s almost a ritual to call me in the morning and tell me their dreams so I can interpret them using my dream dictionary. I believe in prophetic dreams and am convinced that we don’t dream for no reason. Of course, interpreting them requires mastery. This can be illustrated by the example from the movie “The Matrix.” Remember when Neo watches numbers running down the computer screen and is amazed that another guy sees not numbers, but a woman in a red dress. In dreams, messages come to ordinary people in a coded form. But people with extrasensory abilities see them in their pure form — that is, they see events exactly as they will actually happen. In dreams, our soul enters a field where not only different worlds but also time converge. That’s why we can see fragments from past lives. For example, I often have such dreams. Sleep is truly a miraculous world, and even if you approach prophetic dreams skeptically, no one would refuse to watch yet another movie starring themselves in the lead role. Also, in dreams we can meet people who have long been gone from our lives.
