Let me remind you that the signs of Earth are Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn. The Earth element, in its positive interpretation, embodies psychological and emotional stability, responsibility, diligence, prudence, clear kindness, and the ability to care for loved ones.
If Earth is weak or absent in the birth chart, it does not mean that a person cannot be a practical altruist. In such cases, a strong indicator of significant “earthly” abilities is Saturn in the horoscope, especially if it is well-placed by sign (for example, in Capricorn) and is in aspect with luminaries, particularly the Moon. As a result, even two planets in your horoscope, when placed in Taurus, Virgo, or Capricorn, and in astrological connection with Saturn, will give you clear Earth qualities in your character, but specifically in the areas of life governed by your “earthly” planets.
The Ideal Father – Who Are You?
From my observations, the best fathers are those men with a strong Earth sign (at the moment of their birth, the Sun or Moon was positioned in these signs), especially those with the Moon in Taurus in their horoscopes. If Saturn is also in a favorable aspect with the Moon, such fathers can be described as both mother and father in one. I hope your father is just like that 🙂 However, personally, I prefer men with the Moon in Taurus as the ideal father.
Taurus is very characteristic of altruism, much like Pisces. However, men born under the sign of Pisces without Earth energy in their chart lack psychological stability and are more sensitive, which hinders them from being an objective father and often leads them to give in to either the child or themselves, thereby shifting responsibility to others. On the other hand, a man born under the sign of Pisces but with the Moon in Taurus can be an excellent father. Then it’s simply superb—understands the child, has excellent psychological skills, and is a 100% caregiver: can change diapers and cook porridge. The only catch might be his personal relationship with his wife, as the symbol of Pisces shapes such nuances in character.
Here’s another example of an ideal father: a Capricorn with the Moon in Leo and the Moon in aspect with Saturn. This is a slightly different situation in terms of character: while Capricorns may have less developed psychological skills, their ability to shape their children into strong individuals with independent judgments and high moral standards is much stronger. This father will be a true wall and support for his children in tough times. Such a father should ideally channel his care to his loved ones to make their lives comfortable and stable against external stresses. And if Jupiter is also a prominent planet in the horoscope, it’s hard to find a better father. A high need for self-sacrifice is formed here under the influence of the Leo sign and Jupiter. The downside is that in trying to make others happy, he might forget about himself. Over the years, this can lead to complications in relationships.
To be frank, the term “ideal father” is quite broad and ambiguous. I tried to describe only the main astrological indicators that I usually observe in very good parents, adored by their children. However, based on my observations, I cannot say that a wonderful father is always a wonderful husband. It’s no surprise—we are all human, and nothing human is alien to us. May ideal fathers and wonderful husbands live long and prosper!
