Revolution – or the establishment of dictatorship. Not only is this a New Moon in Scorpio, but it also occurs in conjunction with Proserpina.
There is a distant, elusive planet whose characteristics closely resemble one of the rulers of Scorpio—Pluto. The only difference is that Pluto brings about external changes—transition from one form to another (transformation), whereas Proserpina governs internal changes (transmutation). Proserpina also governs the perception of objective conditions and adaptation to them, implying the dismantling of imposed post-revolutionary stereotypes and the attainment of deep, albeit extremely painful, understanding of current and future events. This understanding is unlikely to be a major revelation for most of us, as much has already become evident. However, what is certain is that Proserpina in conjunction with Mercury will place a decisive full stop. Our conventional worldview will undergo significant shifts.
Pluto itself, currently in Capricorn, is preparing a new conflict for us—between illusions and reality—by forming a highly significant aspect this autumn and throughout the coming year: a square to Neptune in Pisces (the first exact aspect occurring on November 26). For Ukraine, this aspect is intensified because transiting Pluto is in exact conjunction with natal Neptune. Thus, our country faces a crucial turning point—either revolutionary, or the establishment of dictatorship. This scenario has already played out in the past century; let us see what will change in this evolutionary cycle of history, with Ukraine’s next attempt to become “independent.”
Military actions will not disappear and will remain a constant catalyst for economic decline and social conflicts. And since the highly favorable Jupiter-Pluto aspect has already completed, reliance on continued support from international institutions as a “victim of aggression and terror” is no longer justified. Now comes Ukraine’s test of adaptability to existing conditions and of genuine intent to strengthen its business advantages by eliminating corruption, thus enabling full participation in the global economy.
The exact degree of the New Moon—20° Scorpio—offers no clear indications: it is dual, unreliable, yet capable of delivering surprises through the state’s dualistic morality.
High ideals and noble goals may be artificially severed from reality by political opportunists, with key concepts replaced and confusion deliberately introduced.
God forbid we succumb to such a scenario, then:

and the mob surges forward in unison
at the call…” (© SergRomich)
