These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your use of the website astroway.info and all related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Site” or “Service”) owned by the sole proprietor Burhan Liliia Oleksiivna (hereinafter referred to as “Astro Way,” “we,” “us”). This document should be read together with the Public Offer Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy — these documents form a single legal context for your relationship with Astro Way.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site in any form — visiting, viewing content, registering an account, placing an order, or using the API — you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you are not permitted to use the Site.
These Terms do not replace the Public Offer Agreement — the offer is a contract for the provision of specific paid services. The Terms govern general use of the Site (including free use).
2. Right to Use
2.1. Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 and possess full legal capacity are permitted to use the Site. By registering an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age.
2.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable license to access the Site and use its content solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires written permission from Astro Way or a separate tariff plan (e.g., AstroWay API with a commercial license).
3. Service Description
3.1. Astro Way provides informational, advisory, educational, and software services in the fields of astrology, numerology, tarot, and related esoteric practices, as well as software access (SaaS/API) for developers of third-party products.
3.2. The full list of services with descriptions, prices, and terms of provision is published on the Site’s store pages. The description of each service is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement.
3.3. Nature of astrological services. Astrological, numerological, and other esoteric content on the Site is of informational and entertainment nature. It is based on traditional esoteric systems and does not constitute medical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Forecasts, interpretations, and recommendations are not guarantees of events occurring or not occurring and should not be used as the sole basis for making life-altering decisions.
4. Account
4.1. To place orders and access most services, an account is required. When registering, you undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep it current.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all actions performed under your account. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported immediately to info@astroway.info.
4.3. One user may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass tariff restrictions, free quotas, or sanctions is a violation of these Terms and will result in the blocking of all related accounts without refund.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1. By using the Site, you undertake not to:
- violate the current legislation of Ukraine, the EU, the country of your residence, or international sanctions regimes;
- use the Site for fraud, phishing, distribution of malicious software, spam, or other illegal activities;
- violate the intellectual property rights of Astro Way or third parties;
- engage in automated data collection (scraping, crawling, brute-force) except through officially permitted methods via the API while complying with tariff limits;
- attempt to bypass technical access restrictions, decrypt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Site’s source code;
- intentionally overload servers (DDoS, botnet attacks, excessive simultaneous requests);
- send requests with forged headers, IP addresses, or user agents to mask real traffic;
- impersonate another person or mislead others regarding your affiliation with Astro Way or any organization;
- post content on the Site (via comments, reviews, consultation forms) that is offensive, pornographic, discriminatory, incites hatred, contains threats, calls for violence, or other harmful content.
5.2. Special rules for AstroWay API. Users of API tariff plans additionally undertake to:
- comply with rate limits described on the tariff page;
- not resell “raw” API access to third parties in the form of a competing API service;
- not use API data to build competing databases with Astro Way;
- keep the API key confidential and revoke it immediately via the Personal Account if compromised.
6. User Content
6.1. If you post reviews, comments, questions to an astrologer, or other content on the Site (hereinafter referred to as “User Content”), you retain all proprietary rights to it, but grant Astro Way a free, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, and publish the User Content within the Site’s operational purposes and scope.
6.2. You are solely responsible for the legality of the User Content you post. Astro Way reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
7. Astro Way Intellectual Property
7.1. All elements of the Site — texts, design, graphics, source code, databases, trademarks “Astro Way,” “AstroWay PRO,” “AstroWay API,” logos, audio and video materials, training materials — are intellectual property of Astro Way or are used by us under license. All rights reserved.
7.2. Without written permission, it is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, lease, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise use Site content for commercial purposes.
7.3. Materials you receive as part of purchased services (PDF reports, audio recordings of consultations, interpretations, training materials for courses) are provided to you under a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Details are specified in the Public Offer Agreement.
8. Payment, Refunds, and Contract Termination
The rules for payment, refunds, contract termination within the 14-day cooling-off period, and exceptions to the right of withdrawal are detailed in the Public Offer Agreement (Sections 4, 7, 8). To facilitate the exercise of your right of withdrawal, use the electronic withdrawal form or the electronic revocation function.

9. Warranties and Disclaimer of Warranties
9.1. The Site is provided “as is” (AS IS) and “as available” (AS AVAILABLE), without any express or implied warranties of any kind, except for warranties that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
9.2. In particular, we do not guarantee:
- continuous availability of the Site (99% SLA per calendar month for paid SaaS/API, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure);
- the absence of errors or viruses in downloadable files (although we take reasonable security measures);
- that the Customer will achieve specific results through the use of astrological, numerological, or esoteric services (see Clause 3.3);
- the accuracy or completeness of information from third parties displayed on the Site (including through integrations with external APIs).
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. To the extent permitted by law, Astro Way’s aggregate liability to the User for any claims arising from the use of the Site shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for Astro Way services during the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
10.2. Astro Way shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or loss of business reputation—even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3. The limitations in Clauses 10.1 and 10.2 do not apply in cases where the law does not allow such limitations (in particular, for damages to health and life caused intentionally or through gross negligence).
11. User Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Astro Way (including its employees, contractors, and partners) from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) the User’s breach of these Terms or the Public Offer Agreement; (b) the User’s violation of any third-party rights; (c) User Content provided by the User as User Content; (d) fraudulent use of an account.
12. Suspension and Termination
12.1. We reserve the right to suspend access to the Site or individual services, block, or delete an account in the event of:
- the User’s breach of these Terms, the Public Offer Agreement, or applicable law;
- reasonable suspicion of fraud, unauthorized access attempts, or payment falsification;
- receipt of official requests from law enforcement or judicial authorities;
- prolonged inactivity of an account (over 24 months)—after prior notification by email.
12.2. The User may delete their account at any time by sending a request to info@astroway.info. Deleting an account does not release the User from existing financial obligations and does not result in automatic refunds for services already consumed.
13. Copyright Infringement Notifications (DMCA / EU CDSM)
If you believe that content published on the Site infringes your copyright or related rights, send a written notice to info@astroway.info including: (a) a description of the protected work; (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement of good faith belief in the infringement; (e) confirmation of your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder. We will review the notice within 14 days and, if justified, remove the content.
14. Geographic Restrictions. Sanctions Regime
14.1. Astro Way operates in compliance with Ukrainian law, international sanctions regimes (UN, EU, US/OFAC, UK/OFSI), and Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 64/2022 dated 24.02.2022.
14.2. The service is not provided and is not available to:
- residents and individuals located in the territory of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), the Syrian Arab Republic, the Republic of Cuba;
- individuals located in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine (Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, certain districts of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions);
- individuals included in the sanctions lists of the UN Security Council, the European Union, OFAC, OFSI, or the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine;
- legal entities controlled by any of the above individuals.
14.3. Registration from the listed jurisdictions or using means to bypass geoblocking (VPN, proxy, Tor) constitutes a breach of these Terms. Astro Way reserves the right to:
- immediately block an account without prior notice;
- cancel accumulated credits, bonuses, or subscriptions without refunds;
- provide information about violations to the relevant law enforcement authorities of Ukraine;
- apply geoblocking by IP addresses and refuse to process payments from cards issued in the listed jurisdictions.
14.4. By registering, the User confirms that they do not fall under any of the categories listed in this section.
15. Privacy and Personal Data
Processing of personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Policy. By registering on the Site, you confirm that you have reviewed these documents.
16. Changes to the Terms
Astro Way reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the revision date indicated. For material changes (including changes that worsen the User’s position), we notify Users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new version.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
17.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes arising from the use of the Site are referred to the court at the location of Astro Way (Dnipro), unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
17.2. For EU-resident consumers, the application of Ukrainian law does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (Article 6(2) of the Rome I Regulation).

18. Final Provisions
18.1. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
18.2. Astro Way’s failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future.
18.3. Section headings are used solely for navigation convenience and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms.
