Selflessness and kindness. Little initiative or ambition. It is favorable if Neptune is in good aspect to the Moon or Venus. Neptune represents the highest, ideal love, which must have an earthly expression, or is embodied through the Moon or Venus. A solitary Neptune will give you a haunting longing for an ideal you do not possess. Love exists, but there is no outlet. Yes. The ideal exists, but remains unformulated. And in drunken delirium, Neptune formulates this ideal. From behind a fence, from a ditch. If the malefic planet Mars or Saturn is located in the 4th house, it is strongly recommended to leave your homeland, your parental home—leave and break away.

Pisces is a warm sign, and even at the lowest level of development of the 4th house, a certain (albeit squalid) comfort is usually felt in this person, in connection with their life position: “sinking to the bottom of the swamp, one can comfortably warm up in the mud.” Pisces does not like to be alone; they need emotions, even of a lower quality. They will never directly drive someone away, but will rather create an unbearable atmosphere for them. At a low level, such a person tends to muddy the waters and quietly take something for themselves without others noticing; it is extremely important to them that they are not to blame for what is happening, and in the art of demagogic projection of guilt onto others, they have no equal. Evolution here proceeds through the gradual illumination of the emotional and psychic filth surrounding the person, which often means very unpleasant experiences, tragedies of deprivation and separation, and pangs of conscience. Only a person upon whom it was once impossible to rely (perhaps in past incarnations) can truly love, understand, and forgive. With harmonious aspects, such a person loves having many people at home whom they will help in every way, sometimes playing psychological games with them for an unfair emotional gain and projecting guilt. They will sincerely believe that their wife and lover are practically relatives and will never understand why one secretly dislikes the other (though of course, this may not happen at all). They will skillfully reconcile children with each other, and strict limitations are not their element. If the 1st house is afflicted, it is difficult to rely on them, and in an unsuccessful marriage, they may turn to drinking. This can be managed by setting specific external goals and tasks (10th house in Virgo), for example, keeping their home clean and orderly.
