Our next “Tea Gathering” has just taken place. This time the main theme was LOVE, FINDING YOUR SECOND HALF, KARMIC RELATIONSHIPS, TYPES OF LOVE. We invite you to share your thoughts about love — please write in the comments. Now here’s the report from the meeting: the gathering began with a discussion on the nature of love and the legend of the androgynes. Here is the essence of this legend: In ancient times, there lived beings called Androgynes on Earth. They consisted of two halves — male and female. But the gods decided to split them in half, separating the two parts and scattering them across the Earth. Since then, every person has been longing to find their other half.
We also discussed many other topics: what love means to each of us, and what the most vivid examples of true, sincere, passionate love we’ve witnessed in life are. We talked about the signs by which one can recognize their destined partner. One of the participants, Inga Belyaeva, shared that she had previously studied this topic and found extensive material in Agni Yogi. Inga wrote a paper on this subject and discovered that one indicator of love with your second half is immense feelings that arise without passion, without intense desire, without misunderstanding or hurt. These are feelings connected with a person’s outer form. Such feelings mean we do not love for appearance, but rather for the person’s inner world — for their soul. This is how True Love may manifest.
Then we discussed the classification of types of love. It turns out such a classification exists, introduced by the ancient philosopher Plato before our era. Plato identified several different types of love:
– Eros — passionate, intense love, a desire for complete physical union with the beloved,
— Ludus — love as a game, played for one’s own pleasure. In this kind of love, feelings are quite superficial, to the extent that infidelity from both sides may be acceptable.
— Storge — love as friendship, based on tender, warm, reliable relationships.
– Agape — selfless, sacrificial love, complete devotion. (Agape is sacrificial love, altruistic self-giving, where the lover dissolves themselves in care for the beloved). This includes everything — passion, tenderness, reliability, and loyalty.
Numerologist Natalia explained that the Number of Love is the number of Venus — the digit “6”, while the number of Higher, Universal Love is the digit “9”. We discussed how to love those who have sixes in their birth date. We also touched upon the number “666”. It was fascinating — too much to tell everything. Here are just a few quotes from the participants that may make us reflect on the meaning and essence of love.

4). Hanna: “Trust is the foundation of love. Trust is the most important thing in relationships.”
5). Irina: “When you begin a new relationship, you accept your new partner with their ready-made character. You cannot reshape a man or a woman within a relationship. Otherwise, love will be exhausted.”
