Among seafood, squids are considered the safest to eat. Due to their composition and the amount of biologically active substances, squid meat is more beneficial than animal meat. Moreover, the proteins in these mollusks are well absorbed by our body.
Ingredients:
Frozen squid rings – 250 g
Eggs – 2-3 pcs
Flour
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
Preparation:
Thaw the squid under cold water.
Mix flour with pepper and salt. If desired, you can add other fish seasonings. Grated lemon zest will also be a good addition.
Slightly beat the eggs. First coat the squid rings in flour, then dip them well into the egg. Fry in hot oil. Remove the cooked squids onto a paper towel to drain excess fat.
