
Ice cream is a beloved treat not only for children but also for adults. Demand especially rises in summer, when we seek relief from the heat.
There are dozens of types of ice cream around the world, varying in form and flavor. Yet the tastiest kind remains the one made by hand.
Ingredients:
Cream – 500 g
Milk – 50 ml
Strawberries – 300 g
Sugar – 100 g
Preparation:
Blend the strawberries. Whip the cream with sugar and milk. Combine the strawberries with the cream mixture and whip again. Transfer the mixture into a container and place in the freezer for 3–4 hours. Every half hour, remove the container and re-whip the contents.
Serve decorated with strawberries, whipped cream, or strawberry sauce.
