The first SUPERMOON of this year.

The final summer Full Moon, occurring on August 29, 2015 at 21:35 Kyiv time in the 7th degree of Pisces, marks the anniversary of the events surrounding the “Second Minsk Agreement” and precedes the autumn eclipse season (September 13 – Partial Solar Eclipse, September 28 – Lunar Eclipse) – a period of great significance and responsibility.
Since this Full Moon is in conjunction with Neptune, ruler of Pisces, which is retrograde, we should regard this lunation as a concluding one, drawing final lines under events that took place in February–March of this year, the most prominent of which was undoubtedly the “Second Minsk Agreement.” The Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements, signed in February 2015 by the leaders of Germany, France, Ukraine, and Russia within the “Normandy Quartet” format, has recently become the subject of increasingly harsh criticism not only from experts but also from civil society. Many believe that the signed agreements have planted a time-delayed mine within Ukraine’s state integrity…
Analysis of the documents signed in Minsk on February 12 reveals that Europe is already prepared to sacrifice the interests of the current political regime in Kyiv and, under the guise of a special autonomous status for the DPR and LPR, reconcile itself to the independence of the Donbas republics. Moreover, European powers succeeded in compelling Petro Poroshenko to sign the highly disadvantageous so-called Minsk Agreements, which became a turning point in reshaping the entire political situation surrounding the military conflict in Donbas. This document was signed not only by the conflicting parties but also guaranteed by Russia, Germany, France, and the United Nations! The international status of these agreements placed responsibility for resolving the Donbas conflict not only upon the warring sides but also upon Europe and the UN. Now, whichever side violates the Minsk Agreements becomes a violator not only toward its opponent but also toward the European Union and the United Nations, with serious diplomatic and political consequences. It appears that Petro Poroshenko failed to grasp this crucial nuance when signing the agreements, nor before his visit to Berlin on March 15. Thus, upon arriving in Germany, he immediately declared that the Minsk agreements had failed and accused Russia of violating the ceasefire regime. At the same time, he assured that Ukraine had fulfilled “every single provision of the Minsk Agreements” and implemented them immediately. Given this, Petro Oleksiiovych typically expected that by announcing the agreement’s failure and blaming Russia and the DPR-LPR, he would again gain the opportunity to demand assistance from Europeans and the continuation of sanctions against Russia. However, German Chancellor Angela Merkel had just praised Kyiv for implementing the Minsk agreements, reprimanded the separatists, and… saw no reason to strengthen sanctions against Russia.

Since the Full Moon will be in hard opposition to Jupiter in Virgo and square to Saturn, it is easy to assume that Poroshenko will push through parliamentary constitutional amendments related to the “special status” of Donbas by any means necessary. Mercury conjunct Black Moon (Lilith) may assist him here, placing at his disposal an unattractive instrument such as “persuasion” through psychological pressure and/or compromising materials.
But does he and his entourage realize that in doing so, he is further undermining the already weak public trust in him as president? Does he understand that rising social tensions, evident recently amid high-profile scandals involving top officials and their impunity, the discrediting of volunteer battalions and the imprisonment of their leaders, rampant smuggling orchestrated by law enforcement agencies and even the SBU in the contact zone, could lead to an even greater upheaval? The people may rise again, but this time not for weeks-long standoffs near a concert stage, but for swift and decisive actions! This is precisely what Mars warns of during these days, potentially acting as a “trigger” and activating the ominous Uranus-Pluto square – the hallmark aspect of the main Maidan events. And if now this spark ignites a flame, it will truly be revolutionary. After all, the Revolution of Dignity was merely the people’s claim to their dignity, demanding respect and the establishment of a social contract moving forward… But since this lesson was not learned, events may unfold unpredictably, especially as Uranus and Pluto are retrograde and will seek to revise many of the known events, unrealistic ideas, and unfulfilled expectations in light of today’s demands, when goals must be clear and actions constructive.
The influence of this Full Moon will be felt for nearly two weeks.
