Moon semi-sextile: Lunar eclipse on the Moon is perceived as a solar eclipse. This aspect provides in the spheres of the planets a strong intuitive sense of cosmic influences; the person feels them through their entire skin, but rarely can clearly articulate what exactly they are feeling or what meaning it holds. The challenged semi-sextile may produce an instinctive fear of any cosmic phenomena, while simultaneously generating a secret longing for them; in the harmonious variant, the person may be sensitive to abstract imagery and have a fondness for surrealism in any form, etc. They will enjoy situations that go beyond earthly understanding, yet seem to possess, in their perception, some other hidden higher meaning (not necessarily spiritual in the earthly sense, but related to the Universe). At a high level, the person will physically sense subtle cosmic vibrations and acutely perceive physical body pollution that interferes with this sensitivity. As the aspect is worked through and evolutionary growth progresses, unusual illnesses and pathological conditions may arise that cannot be cured by ordinary earthly methods, but instead result from the physical body’s transition to receiving higher cosmic vibrations, requiring special purification measures from the individual—and this is precisely their purpose. They will resolve themselves naturally. It should be remembered that cosmic requirements are entirely individual, and in choosing diet, physical exercises, etc., the person should primarily rely on their own intuition and actual results (well-being, vitality, etc.). At a high level, the person transforms their body into a perfect instrument, aligning it with higher cosmic vibrations, which grants extraordinary creative abilities in the areas governed by the semi-sextile: during periods of aspect activation, it is as if not God Himself, but a high cosmic egregor, guides this person’s hands, feet, and vocal cords. Mercury semi-sextile: When extraterrestrials from outer space wish to make contact with humanity, they will announce it through the press. This aspect at a low level gives in the planetary spheres a slight mental interest in abstract cosmic themes and tangential ideas that do not fit into the standard social framework, thoughts which the person usually pays little attention to. Strong activation of the aspect may cause a sharp distortion in the mental picture of the world, making the person unable to accept it and even fear their own thoughts. This occurs because society’s collective subconscious has imposed an especially strong censorship on rational thinking; cosmic ethics are largely unacceptable to them, primarily due to anthropocentric reasoning: after all, “man is master of everything, he decides all,” and the ultimate spiritual goal of evolution remains undefined by these poorly understood terms. At a higher level of development, the person begins to perceive their unique way of thinking and mental functioning in the planetary spheres as fresh, creative, and potentially very promising, although they cannot find common language with others or even explain to themselves the hidden meaning of their thoughts and speech, despite sensing that something here is not quite right. Deep work with the aspect brings rational understanding of earthly and partially cosmic karma in the relevant areas, after which earthly and cosmic rational perception largely align (at a low level this is impossible, and when the semi-sextile is afflicted, mental disorders may sometimes occur).
