Neptune semi-sextile: From the Earth’s rotation I feel dizzy. This is an aspect of high mystics and great spiritual teachers who guide humanity’s evolution according to cosmic karma. Sometimes such teachers carry out these programs while residing in isolated monasteries and ashrams in relatively pure places on Earth, for example high in mountains, while at other times they incarnate in “civilized” countries and even large cities; in the latter case, their rational consciousness and perception are artificially narrowed, and they fulfill high cosmic programs without being fully aware of it, simply through the course of their lives, which are primarily determined by major aspects in the horoscope. Sometimes rational consciousness shuts off, and the person experiences visions of cosmic plans and currents which they barely understand, yet such high meditations play a significant, albeit unclear, role in their inner life. On a lower level, this aspect brings periodic distortions of earthly perception, which do not cause the person particular discomfort—until they begin insisting on these perceptions, trying to analyze them rationally or use them for selfish purposes, for example, to satisfy lower desires. For the profanation of high and harmonious cosmic currents indicated by the semi-sextile, the person is accountable before the corresponding extraterrestrial egregor, whose ethics may differ significantly from earthly standards; the most common abuses here are drug addiction or hospitalization in a psychiatric clinic with a diagnosis of “schizophrenia,” which often precisely signifies this (not necessarily Neptune). Cosmic currents, even harmonious ones, are extremely intense for a human being, but just as the Earth’s aura and atmosphere protect humanity from cosmic radiation in the physical sense, they also provide protection here; however, within the orb of the semi-sextile, a breach occurs—usually minor, yet often with far-reaching consequences. Chiron semi-sextile: Astronauts do not look down upon Earth from above. This is a highly promising aspect; in the spheres of the Planet, the individual possesses a non-standard channel connecting them with the Cosmos, and working with it yields tangible results—unexpected yet practical ideas and opportunities. However, this requires moving beyond not only standard social, but even earthly modes of perception and awareness, and to some extent mastering cosmic ethics. Chiron, as symbolic ruler of the second house, is associated with ethical conduct in any environment; in this case, to properly work with the semi-sextile, the person must master both cosmic and earthly ethics, especially behavior in their borderline zone. Only after achieving this will they succeed in translating subtle cosmic patterns into earthly forms without gross distortion or profanation. And when this is achieved, the results can be astonishing. For example, a Chiron-Moon semi-sextile may grant subtle abilities in healing and diagnosing physical illnesses, but only if the person learns to consciously and subconsciously perceive themselves as a conduit for a high healing (and thus diagnostic) channel, and regards each patient as a microcosm that, during treatment, reveals wholeness—or else resorts to other, sufficiently abstract-cosmic concepts. But the key is to uphold the cosmic ethics of the corresponding egregor in all earthly interactions with patients.
