Semi-sextile Saturn – Chiron
(Transit Saturn → Natal Chiron)
Avesalom Podvodny. Aspects
Semi-sextile of Saturn: There are spots on the Sun of the inner sky. This aspect signifies great responsibility before the cosmic karma in the spheres of the planet, the possibility of its deep understanding, and, when worked through, promises otherworldly wisdom and perfection. At a low level, a person will limit themselves to claims about the low quality of what happens in the external world in the spheres of the planet, not understanding, first, that their demands are often poorly understood by others, usually standing entirely on earthly positions, and, second, that by karma in this case is meant primarily inner work toward an ever-deeper meaning in cosmic (not just earthly) evolution. And until a person reaches this level of understanding, the spheres of the planet will attract them, and they will understand them, perhaps more deeply than others, but still, for reasons unclear to themselves, the person will not be satisfied with their level. With the defeat of Saturn in connection with this, complexes and phobias are possible, with genuine bewilderment toward the environment, inner world, or God: “What else do you want from me?!” Indeed, the demands, or rather expectations (after all, a semi-sextile is a harmonious aspect), of worldly karma in this case are great, and superficial or short-term efforts will not suffice.
In the harmonious variant, this aspect gives relatively deep penetration and original vision in the spheres of the planet in the natural course of life, not immediately, but also without special effort, and although this is not enough, harmonious aspects can mask a subtle dissatisfaction with the cosmic egregore and, accordingly, a slight discomfort in the inner world, which, when the inner world is affected, becomes more pronounced.
Semi-sextile of Chiron: Cosmonauts do not look down on the Earth. This is a very promising aspect; in the spheres of the planet, a person has a non-standard channel connecting them to the Cosmos, and working through it yields quite tangible results, that is, unexpected but practical ideas and opportunities; however, to achieve this, one must move away not only from the standard social but even from the earthly way of seeing and perceiving, and to some extent master cosmic ethics. Chiron, as the symbolic ruler of the second house, is associated with the ethics of behavior in any environment, and in this case, a person will have to master both cosmic and earthly ethics, and especially behavior in their borderland; only after this will they succeed in translating the subtle cosmic plane into earthly forms without gross distortion and profanation. But if this succeeds, the results can be astonishing. For example, a semi-sextile between Chiron and the Moon can give subtle abilities in healing and diagnosing physical illnesses, but only on the condition that a person learns to consciously and subconsciously see themselves as a conduit of a high healing (and accordingly, diagnostic) channel, and perceives each of their patients as a microcosm that, during treatment, appears as a whole, or uses other, but quite abstract-cosmic concepts. However, the main thing is to adhere to cosmic ethics of the corresponding egregore in earthly interactions with patients.
