Sun semi-sextile: The absence of a higher purpose contaminates the lower. This person will have opportunities in the areas of the planet to apply initiative and participate in cosmic programs. However, considering the minor nature of the semi-sextile, this practically very rarely means direct contact with flying saucers; much more often, world karma manifests through barely perceptible shifts in reality, when the person feels (and remains uncertain about it for a long time) that their volitional acts and initiatives in the planet’s spheres have not only immediate significance but also some very subtle yet important additional meaning somehow connected with very distant realms—though precisely which ones remains unclear. A Sun semi-sextile to a 4th level planet, especially if afflicted, may produce megalomania of cosmic grandeur or persecution; sometimes the person will feel that their will is being controlled by an alien malevolent force seeking to destroy earthly life, enslave humanity, etc.—typical social rationalizations of cosmic influences that actually have an entirely different meaning: the fundamental law of the Cosmos is cooperation, but people think in terms they understand—aggression, war, and egocentric isolation. Working with this aspect proceeds through the person’s awareness of themselves as not only earthly but also cosmic in origin, developing a cosmic ethics and adapting to it, which primarily means cleansing oneself of specifically earthly impurities in the planet’s spheres. One must learn to perceive cosmic meaning even in imperative external circumstances within the planet’s domains (these will not be too frequent), since here world karma manifests directly, beyond the earthly level, and to act in such cases in accordance with one’s cosmic ethics. A high level of development of this aspect provides cosmic protection and responsible participation in important earthly karmic programs within the planet’s spheres and their connections with corresponding cosmic ones. Moon semi-sextile: A lunar eclipse on the Moon is perceived as a solar eclipse. This aspect gives in the planet’s spheres a strong intuitive sense of cosmic influences; the person feels them through their entire skin, but rarely can clearly articulate what exactly they are feeling or what meaning it holds. The affliction of the semi-sextile may produce an instinctive fear of any cosmic phenomena and at the same time a secret longing for them; in the harmonious variant, the person may be sensitive to abstract images, have a fondness for surrealism in any form, etc. They will enjoy situations that go beyond earthly understanding but, in their perception, possess some other hidden higher meaning (not necessarily spiritual in the earthly sense, yet related to the Universe). At a high level, the person in the planet’s spheres will physically sense subtle cosmic vibrations and acutely perceive physical body contamination that interferes with this. As the aspect is worked through and evolutionary growth progresses overall, strange illnesses and pathological conditions may arise that cannot be cured by ordinary earthly methods but will instead result from the physical body’s transition to receiving higher cosmic vibrations, requiring special purification measures from the person—and this is precisely their purpose. They will resolve themselves naturally. In this, one should remember that cosmic requirements are entirely individual, and in choosing diet, physical exercises, etc., the person should primarily rely on their own intuition and actual results (well-being, vitality, etc.). At a high level, the person turns their body into a perfect instrument, linking it with higher cosmic vibrations, which grants extraordinary creative abilities in the areas governed by the semi-sextile: during periods of aspect activity, it is not God but a high cosmic egregor that moves through this person’s hands, feet, and vocal cords.
