Semi-Sextile Venus: Contacts between people and extraterrestrials will begin when the Ministry of Culture takes responsibility for them. This aspect gives (especially in the areas of the planet) a cosmic accent to the sense of harmony; with the development of the aspect, it can manifest as an artist, poet, or musician whose aesthetics are governed by previously unknown laws of Earth. At a lower level, especially with Venus afflicted, there may be a denial of conventional standards of beauty, which will seem mundane and dull to the person, drawing them to patterns of the starry sky and the shimmer of the aurora. In social perception and ethics within the areas of the planet, this person will face difficulties due to their dual cosmic-Earth nature in these matters: ordinary Earthly perception and ethics may suddenly shift into something incomprehensible, where an obvious tragedy is seen as a farce, and insignificant things take on an unnatural significance.
For example, to work out the semi-sextile Sun–Venus, one must understand and internalize cosmic courtesy in their initiatives and willful expressions in communication with others, even those who, at first glance, do not deserve even ordinary Earthly courtesy. Until a person does this, they may often be tormented by a sense of guilt toward them and others, as their behavior toward them disrupts harmony in the Cosmos—and, of course, within the person’s own soul.
Semi-Sextile Chiron: Cosmonauts do not look down on Earth with arrogance. This is a very promising aspect; in the areas of the planet, the person has a non-standard channel connecting them to the Cosmos, and working with it yields tangible, unexpected—but practical—ideas and opportunities. However, to achieve this, one must move away not only from standard social norms but even from Earthly modes of perception and understanding, and to some extent master cosmic ethics. Chiron, as the symbolic ruler of the second house, is connected with the ethics of behavior in any environment, and in this case, the person must master both cosmic and Earthly ethics, especially in their borderline sphere. Only after this will they succeed in translating the subtle cosmic plane into Earthly forms without gross distortion or profanation. If they manage this, the results can be astonishing.
For example, the semi-sextile Chiron–Moon can bestow subtle abilities in healing and diagnosing physical illnesses, but only if the person learns to consciously and subconsciously see themselves as a conduit for a higher healing (and accordingly, diagnostic) channel, and perceives each of their patients as a microcosm. During treatment, they will maintain integrity, or use other, more abstractly cosmic concepts—but the main thing is that in their Earthly interactions with patients, they will adhere to the cosmic ethics of the corresponding egregore.
