Semi-Sextile Venus: Contacts between people and aliens will begin when the Ministry of Culture takes responsibility for them. This aspect gives (especially in the areas of the planet) a cosmic accent to the sense of harmony; with the development of the aspect, this could be an artist, poet, or musician whose aesthetics are governed by laws previously unknown to Earth. At a low level, especially with Venus afflicted, there may be a denial of conventional norms of beauty, which will seem mundane and dull to the person, drawing them to patterns of the starry sky and the shimmer of the aurora.
