To be happy, one must be born into a fortunate family where, from generation to generation, people pass on the energy of success to their descendants. How many such families have you seen? Who had a happy childhood? What should those do whose ancestors did not leave behind strong energy, and whose ancestral heritage brings only difficulties?
In this regard, I recommend a wonderful cleansing practice:
Often, unwanted energy lingers for more than 10 generations—half the time, for over 50 generations. There’s no need to recall every single generation, working with each one separately.
There is a way to clear all ancestral karma within a week—even without special skills!
Even those who cannot see auras, do not feel energy, and have no desire to learn such things can THEMSELVES get rid of ancestral negativity. This method requires no special conditions (no fasting, no abstaining from alcohol), much time (just 40 minutes a day), or long preparation of consciousness (altered states, emptiness).
• Exercise.
Every day for an hour, visualize your ancestors as healthy, happy in their personal lives, and wealthy. Begin with the earliest known members of your lineage. If you don’t know them well, it’s better and simpler to work with consciousness directly. How can you convince yourself that your grandmother, who lost her husband and half her children during the war, and later died of starvation, was happy? After all, your grandmother is just one among hundreds of ancestors whose legacy you are correcting! And for just one percent of them, do you want to spend so much of your conscious effort? The effect is the same whether you work with the energy of one unknown ancestor—someone more vague in your imagination. You can do this at home, on the subway or bus, or while waiting in line for groceries. The main thing is to do it daily for at least a week (preferably for a month).
What inherited issue do you have? Loneliness—you can’t meet anyone, or every marriage lasts less than a year? Poverty, inability to earn or save money? Is there one illness that afflicts all your relatives?
Once you’ve identified the problem, begin to work on it. If there are multiple issues, choose the strongest one. Address the others one by one after eliminating the main cause of your misfortunes.
For example: all the women in your family get divorced within a year of marriage. What is your personal situation? Are you about to get married, or already divorced? If you’re just waiting to meet your future husband or awaiting a marriage proposal from a suitor, work with the first option. If your marriage has already broken down or is heading that way, choose the second option.
First option. Visualize all your female ancestors as happy, married to good, intelligent, wealthy men. Clearly imagine this scene in every detail. Let images of happy family lives of women from different eras pass before your eyes. Remember, all these women are your ancestors.
Second option. For the second option, add one detail: all these women first live with unsuccessful, alcoholic, or cruel monstrous husbands. After a year, they meet wonderful men, leave their first husbands, and remarry. With their second husbands, they are happy and wealthy.
• Affirmation. After the visualization, repeat the following phrase several times to lock in the result. You can say it out loud, or silently in your mind.
“ALL THE WOMEN OF MY LINEAGE ARE HAPPY IN THEIR FAMILY LIFE! THEY HAVE WONDERFUL, INTELLIGENT, LOVING HUSBANDS! REMARKABLE, OBEDIENT CHILDREN! I AM A WORTHY DESCENDANT!”
These practices (visualization, self-suggestion) should be done as often as possible throughout the day. Within a week, you will notice how the attitude of people around you begins to change.
Ancestral karma is residual information from the lives of your ancestors. Any information can be corrected. Change your heritage, and your life will begin to transform in a short time. Why suffer? Destiny can be changed!
