There are several types of teas, and this is worth noting. The first type is single-herb tea. It contains only one plant (for example, chamomile or strawberry). The second type is herbal blend. A blend includes two or more medicinal herbs. Usually, blends are made from herbs that, when brewed together, produce a specific effect (diuretic, for high blood pressure). The third type includes teas based on black or green tea. The most common product of this type is mint tea.

It’s important to remember that tea does not eliminate cellulite, as it mainly promotes the removal of excess fluid from the body. Such a drink is diuretic and should be consumed with caution: excessive intake can disrupt metabolism. The most effective teas for weight loss are green tea, ginger tea, and special milk tea.
Herbal tea is a helpful remedy for young mothers. Babies often suffer from stomach upset, and additives such as mint, chamomile, fireweed, and fennel, which have beneficial properties, can help with such issues. Additionally, calming teas can be brewed for infants under one year old, but it’s advisable to consult a doctor beforehand.
Green tea is a lifesaver for athletes. Scientists have found that green tea, rich in antioxidants, helps reduce the harmful effects on the body caused by excessive physical exertion. Two-time world karate champion, international master of sports, honored coach, and instructor Hanna Yastrebova recommends green tea with thyme. It acts as an excellent thermoregulator, reduces fatigue, increases work capacity, enhances vitality, and thanks to its wonderful taste and aroma, also improves mood.
