In reality, karma grants the planetary principle a victorious path on the condition of its development; moreover, human will, when directed toward the planetary principle, easily finds a constructive direction—if the person so desires. If, however, a person wishes to exploit the planetary principle, their will will encounter no resistance. Therefore, one should not assume that the Sun trine means the planetary principle will flourish; it can just as easily signify its decay (though still under a beautiful facade) if human will is directed toward predatory consumption and irrational use. Here, it is crucial not to stop, as the creative and supportive influence of the trine ends the moment constructive volitional effort weakens, transforming into predatory—that is, forcibly extracting harmony from the environment and delivering it to the person in an uninteresting form. In the areas governed by the planet, it is dangerous to fight this person: the force that maintains harmony around them will show no mercy to you.

When interpreting this trine, it is also important to consider the relative strength of the Sun and the planet, though here one should rely not only on the horoscope but also on the specific circumstances of the person’s life. In any case, the person will sincerely believe that their will and initiative in the planetary principle’s domain are flawless, and it is practically impossible to convince them otherwise.
