Blessed is he who visits this world in its fateful moments. To understand the essence of the future events promised by the Solar Eclipse on September 13, we must necessarily look back at the Solar Eclipse of March 20 this year.
The March eclipse was Total, which means it impacted global events, and although its immediate effect was not long-lasting—within a six-month span—it forms a component of the September eclipse.
So, the eclipse occurred in Pisces, where the following planets were also present:
Neptune (ruler of the eclipse itself and its degree), Mercury obscured by Neptune, and the dual-natured Chiron. In a certain sense, it became a concluding point for events over a long period beginning in March 2014. After all, 30 degrees of Pisces marks the completion of the zodiacal circle!
In the eclipse chart cast for Kyiv, the conjunction of the Sun and Moon fell into Ukraine’s 3rd natal house (neighboring countries) and formed a tense aspect (for change) to natal retrograde Venuses in Leo and the natal Sun in Virgo in the 8th natal house (large capital, material, financial). Over the past six months, we have witnessed dramatic events related to state power politics concerning energy, large capital, and the redistribution of spheres of influence within the domestic market. Since the descending Lunar Node and Uranus were located in the 3rd house of the chart, predictability and stability in these matters could not be achieved. Because vanity, excessive self-admiration, overconfidence, and emotions often overpowered reason, decision-making under external influences was spontaneous in nature. This situation was well symbolized by the degree in which the eclipse occurred—“A woman before a mirror.”
Due to the eclipse being under strong influence of Neptune, which also had a conjunction with Mercury, we witnessed the final consolidation of a new/old national governance policy, where underhanded political games and intrigues have become the main instruments. And it might have been acceptable, had Pisces—closely linked to hidden processes—not distorted the actual state of affairs to such an extent that the country’s leaders most likely underestimated the real danger of their actions. This may be connected with loans, credits, territory, and resources. And the 30th degree is critical! It merely drew a line…
The eclipse occurred in conjunction with the negative star Scheat, which acted as a catalyst for natural disasters, and this summer we certainly experienced its effects! Fires completely engulfed Ukraine. Because the eclipse interacted with the 8th house, which also relates to extreme events and terrorist acts, for the past six months we have been walking a tightrope between diplomatic (including business) compromises and the possible escalation of the military conflict in Donbas into full-scale military actions by the Russian Federation.
On September 13 at 09:41 Kyiv time, an eclipse will occur in Virgo and will most likely set significant tasks related to the improvement of the country’s financial and economic sphere (8th house), emphasizing reforms in the labor code that could increase the number of jobs, raise salaries, and reduce the “shadow” economy and… shadows!
In Ukraine’s horoscope, the eclipse is projected onto the 8th house, while the conjunction of the Black Moon and the Ascending Node falls into the 9th!
On one hand, dangers related to a foreign country remain relevant. On the other, this eclipse may reveal accumulated problems and miscalculations in the financial, economic, and political strategy of the past half-year, beginning from February-March. Consequently, it will be necessary to resolve them immediately, and not without the involvement of foreign creditors, partners, investors, and guarantors. This could indicate crises related to the use of loans and other financial operations. The banking system and energy resources may fall into the highest-risk zone. The difficult economic situation can only be overcome by making the right choice and committing all efforts to implement the chosen path, but it is essential to remember that mistakes made during autumn 2015 and early 2016 could prove fatal for our country.
And since the choice mostly rests with key figures in Ukraine’s government and the president, let’s examine the Sun from this perspective. The Sun is located in the 11th transit house—symbolically imprisoned. And furthermore, within the eclipse corridor (September 28—Lunar Eclipse)!
The conclusion is not encouraging—these individuals are unlikely to feel internal or external responsibility for all matters and the life of the group (population). Virgo’s overly skeptical attitude toward the social lower strata makes their perception so pragmatic and self-interested that any other reality simply does not exist for them. Other people are merely schemes, questionnaires, etc. Their eloquent speech and skillful manipulation of conceptual systems—far from accessible to the average citizen—will allow them to distort public perception on a massive scale with impunity and comfortably continue imitating and trivializing.
The president’s directives and his conflicting will will increasingly diverge from the affairs and life of the group (population), and the issue of maintaining his authority will become extremely acute. There will be a strong temptation—attempting to usurp power within groups of various scales. The stance: “The collective is me” may lead to a loss of ability to adequately orient oneself, ending in defeat.
Openly strong volitional actions related to demonstrating unquestionable subordination of group interests to his will will inevitably provoke conflicts and protest movements. As a result, he may fall under the control of a strong and rigid ruling “friend” or close entourage. Anxiety and nervousness, pretentiousness and boastfulness, statements detached from reality and adventurous claims—will only further fuel dissatisfaction within the group.
Whether he can restrain his personal ambitions so that group interests become higher than personal ones—that will be the question. A very important question for Ukraine as a state. Because… here I will quote Alex Fogol (I liked it so much!): “For Ukraine, the ‘Russia question’… lies in one single point: breaking free from this ‘internal Russian flow of time.’ That’s it. What happens inside Russia itself is an entirely different story and need not be considered. In practical terms—by any practical means, even using a scarecrow or a carcass…”
And one more thing.
Social polarization and psychological tension will reach their peak in autumn 2015 through spring 2016, as each side will be fully convinced of its own righteousness. A political crisis is inevitable. Therefore, any radical changes during this period could be dangerous.
But here’s something optimistic! Since Mercury rules Virgo and forms a trine with the natal Moon, a very bright informal leader is finally expected to emerge—someone whose views will precisely reflect the general sentiment of the group (population), and who will not need to exert much effort to convey his messages or maintain his authority.
