Return and Exchange Policy
Astro Way online store adheres to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.” You have the right to return or exchange a quality item within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Conditions for Return
You can return or exchange an item if:
- No more than 14 days have passed since receipt
- The item has not been used and is in its original condition
- The original packaging is intact
- You have a document confirming the purchase (receipt, email confirmation)
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Digital products and subscriptions (after activation)
- Custom-made items (personalized)
- Items damaged by the customer
How to Process a Return
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your request within 1-2 business days
- Ship the item to the provided address (return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense)
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued using the same method of payment you used for the purchase
- Refund processing time: up to 7 business days after receiving the item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Quality Guarantee
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
