Moon sextile Pluto
(Transit. Moon → Natal Pluto)
Various sources for the child’s horoscope
Your child may feel overwhelmed by emotions, as if they are taking control. Sometimes there is a fear that the child possesses a powerful magnetic force but doesn’t know how to handle it. Such children need to learn how to manage their strength. They should not be prevented from having and expressing their own feelings. The mother may seem all-powerful to the child—someone who understands everything, knows everything, and holds power over life and death. The child might even think she has eyes in the back of her head. The mother should establish open communication with the child so that the child does not feel consumed by her.

Moon sextile: By overcoming laziness, a person gives impetus to social development. This aspect offers opportunities for subconscious growth in the areas governed by the planet. For example, with a Moon–Mars sextile, a person may repeatedly encounter chances throughout life to develop physical strength and agility (an aspect of athletes) and to master skills that rely heavily on the subconscious (forming conditioned reflexes), such as various manual professions—locksmiths, turners, drivers (especially with the Moon in the 8th house), and so on. A Moon sextile also offers great potential for spiritual growth, as it provides a way to constructively process purely egoistic subconscious programs by elevating them to higher vibrations and expanding the person’s worldview (and their role in the evolutionary process). For example, a Moon–Venus sextile gives real opportunities to move from a passive, consumerist approach to love and art (which will anyway play a significant role in the person’s life) to an active, creative one: the person gains the chance (if they wish) not only to be passively in love with someone else but to rebuild that person through their love—or at least their own self. Similar effects will be seen in aesthetic development—the person won’t just take an interest in art and enjoy it to the extent of their understanding (as is typical of a trine); they will often feel that merely observing others’ art is not enough, and fate will offer them various opportunities to engage in artistic creation, music, and so on. This will require effort but bring immense inner satisfaction and, most importantly, a much deeper understanding of art (unlike the trine Moon–Venus, which relates to art, other people, and divine love). Ignoring or stubbornly refusing the opportunities presented by a Moon sextile can later lead to deep dissatisfaction with life and oneself (often projected onto others) and the triumph of superficial egoism in the areas governed by the planet. Working with this aspect brings not only subtle creative development of the planet’s principle but also general spiritual growth, linked to the constructive transformation of lower subconscious programs. Pluto sextile: While striving to make the world worthy of yourself, remember that this is impossible. A Pluto sextile gives a person opportunities for purification in the areas governed by the planet, and these should not be neglected. In life, this influence often does not stand out too strongly, but the person still notices that when choosing and implementing the opportunities offered by the planet, they must be careful, because wrong actions—and especially any shoddy work—lead to irreversible losses and the collapse of constructive endeavors. Sometimes Pluto may offer the planet’s principle several options for sacrifice, and here the person must be very cautious. They should not act on impulse; at least, they should try not to postpone the sacrifice for as long as possible: sudden blows from Pluto’s energy are always better prevented in advance. Working with this aspect brings purification of the planet’s principle in a person’s inner life, including the subconscious programs related to the spheres of Pluto’s influence. This purification happens almost automatically as a byproduct of the person’s inner efforts aimed at achieving specific goals offered by the sextile. It includes, in particular, eradicating the thirst for power over others, which the planet’s principle activates in the person. At a high level, the focus in the sextile may shift to Pluto (this rarely happens at an average level and indicates harsh blows from fate), and then the person actively participates in large-scale programs related to burning through karmic knots. In the concrete forms of their work, they will feel the constructive influence of the planet. At a low level, the person will try to avoid constructive purification and sacrifices for themselves, attempting to delay them as long as possible or shift them onto others over whom (in the areas governed by the planet) they have a certain influence. They may clearly see the flaws of those others. With good energy, this projection may work for some time (with effort), but playing with Plutonian programs always follows the principle of “those who live by the sword die by the sword”—meaning that the purification of others must first be preceded by voluntary or forced self-purification.
