Moon Sextile Jupiter

Sextile Moon – Jupiter

(Transit. Moon → Natal Jupiter)

Various sources for the child’s horoscope

Your child is generous, kind, benevolent, always ready to help others. They have a good, optimistic nature. They enjoy reflecting, both about themselves and others, and expect a great deal from themselves and others, placing great hopes on it. The mother may seem overly caring to the child. (Eat everything, don’t leave anything on the plate!)

Het Monster. Aspects

Generosity, compassion, kindness. They do not spare money to ensure comfort. Idealism, sometimes religiosity. Optimism, cheerful disposition. Honesty, justice, sincere love for others contribute to success. Closely tied to home and family, they rarely embark on long journeys. However, trips abroad always turn out to be exceptionally successful. Rich imagination, and if there are other confirming aspects, talent in some form of art—or several.

Katrin Ob’ye. Astrological Dictionary

Trine, sextile: generosity and friendliness prevail. The person finds joy in sharing with others. Their actions are guided by heartfelt impulses; they prefer not to notice or deny anything that does not align with their worldview.

Avesalom Podvodny. Aspects

Sextile of the Moon: Overcoming laziness, a person gives impetus to social development. This aspect provides opportunities for subconscious growth in the areas governed by the planet. For example, with a Moon–Mars sextile, a person will repeatedly be presented with chances throughout life to enhance their physical strength and agility (an aspect of athletes), as well as to master skills requiring significant subconscious participation (developing conditioned reflexes); for instance, various manual professions: locksmiths, turners, drivers (especially with the Moon in the 8th house), and so on. The Moon’s sextile offers great prospects for spiritual development, as it provides an opportunity for constructive processing of purely selfish subconscious programs by elevating them to higher vibrations and expanding the person’s way of seeing the world (and their role in the evolutionary process). For example, a Moon–Venus sextile gives real opportunities to transition from a passive, consumerist attitude toward love and art (which will anyway play a significant role in the person’s life) to an active, creative one: they will have the chance (if they wish) not only to be passively in love with someone but also, through their love, to rebuild that person—and, in the process, themselves. Similar effects will be observed in aesthetic development—the person will not only take interest in art and enjoy it to the extent of their understanding (as is typical of a trine) but will often feel that mere appreciation of others’ works is not enough, and fate will provide them with various opportunities to engage in artistic creation, musical activity, and so on. This will require effort from them but will bring immense inner satisfaction and, most importantly for them, a much deeper understanding of art (with a Moon–Venus trine: art, other people, and Divine love). Ignoring or stubbornly dismissing the opportunities offered by the Moon’s sextile eventually leads to deep dissatisfaction with life and oneself (often projected onto others) and the triumph of superficial egoism in the areas governed by the planet. Working with this aspect brings not only subtle creative development of the planet’s principle but also general spiritual growth for the person, linked to the constructive transformation of lower subconscious programs. Sextile of Jupiter: Brilliant opportunities are better given than taken. Let us give Jupiter its due: any of its aspects (especially major ones) to a planet provide expansion of opportunities in its spheres, entirely free of charge; the question is merely how to approach them correctly and use them wisely. The Jupiter sextile gives a person an interest in expanding the spheres governed by the planet, a broader understanding of its principle in both external and internal life. Jupiter will offer them numerous convenient opportunities for this, adorned with its characteristic pomp. However, if a person believes that, having begun its work like a cornucopia, it will continue to do so, they will be greatly mistaken. Further progress will require personal effort, and brilliant prospects will demand corresponding efforts for their realization (Jupiter, of course, will help along the way, but some form of repayment will still be necessary, just as unexpected patrons will require gratitude). The Jupiter sextile is good because it expands opportunities and forms of work and provides a better, broader understanding of the planet’s principle, especially if the sextile is actively developed. Another characteristic of the Jupiter sextile is that a person receives opportunities on credit, often having to repay in indirect ways (not on the principle of “you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours,” but rather “you help me—I help someone else”), which is not always easy for the person to grasp. At a low level, a person perceives the Jupiter sextile as a trine and seeks to absorb all advances without giving anything in return, which leads to unpleasant consequences—highly promising opportunities suddenly and permanently close, and the person feels unfairly deprived by fate, while there is also a strong hint of megalomania. Working with the sextile means not only significant expansion and effective use of the planet’s spheres of influence but also a wealth of promising developments that the person will offer to the outside world.

Frances Sakoian. Aspects

Generosity, compassion, kindness, charity, especially toward family. They do not spare money for comfort. Piety and idealism in matters of faith. Contentment and optimism, a cheerful disposition—contributes to success and prosperity. Honesty, justice, sincere love for others contributes to success in business. Often engaged in real estate sales, food products, housing issues, household items. They instinctively know what promotes comfort and can choose quality products. Their connection to home prevents long journeys. Trips abroad are always very lucky. Rich imagination, and if there are aspects indicating intellectual abilities, creative talent. A special nose for good things.

S.V. Shestopalov. Aspects of Planets

Strong imagination, intuition, love for the beautiful; clear, precise, and correct understanding and judgment; great cheerfulness, nobility, justice, friendliness, compassion, a generous soul, kindness, sociability, humanity, popularity, the ability to accommodate others, success in life, in business, in endeavors, good material security. For men—love for their mother; for women—good health, healthy children (usually more than one), hospitality, excellent qualities as a mistress, wife, and mother, great vitality. The negative side of these aspects is compassion and empathy extended equally to equals and unequals, to the rich and the poor, the happy and the unfortunate; protection from misfortune and hardship does not allow for a full understanding of the sufferers and the lost, fostering loyalty to the existing order of things and an inability to fight against it.
