The Venus sextile gives a person opportunities and an inner felt need for socialization and development of the aesthetic principle in the spheres ruled by the Planet. For example, with a Venus sextile to Mercury, deep inside, the person desires to attract others through the beauty of speech, refinement of thought, and perfection of written composition, and fate will provide opportunities for corresponding development, although this does not necessarily mean a literary institute (for the latter, a trine to Venus is preferable, and not so much from Mercury). The Venus sextile gives great constructive power of love within the Planet’s spheres.
