Sun-Venus Conjunction
(Transit. Sun → Natal Venus)
Various sources for a child’s horoscope
Your charming child may express themselves in a refined artistic manner, with attractiveness and charm, though self-admiration is possible. With age, they may develop an interest in performing arts, public speaking, or a career in modeling (as a top model). They possess optimism, a love for fun, games, and entertainment.
Het Monster. Aspects

Avesalom Podvodny. Aspects
Sun conjunction: “Called a bolete—crawl into the cart.” A planet conjunct the Sun acquires an imperative quality in its expression, at a high level of aspect integration. At a low level, the imperative relates more to the necessity of working through the planet. The Sun highlights the lower expressions of its principle and activates them, primarily through direct pressure. At a low level of Sun integration, it acts through rigid imperatives imposed upon the planet, suppressing its creative impulse and forcing its principle to manifest within very narrowly defined boundaries that it cannot fundamentally fit into; this creates excessive inner tension and an eventual explosion, where the creativity of the Absolute manifests both in the timing and character of the explosion (unpredictable in advance) and in the form and trajectories of the fragments. If the conjunction is unprocessed but well-placed, these explosions will be more dangerous to others, and the planet’s creative impulse will only emerge along a path of rigidly selfish consumption in the areas corresponding to its principle. For example, an unworked Sun-Mars conjunction produces great but futile activity, which the person themselves perceives as extremely important and useful, while simultaneously possessing the ability to completely drain another’s energy, leaving the other person literally exhausted and without even a hint of gratitude. Processing the conjunction (and the Sun) shifts the dynamic to a higher egregor, where solar initiative moves beyond strict command, becoming instead a suggestion of a desired direction of activity, and above all, attention. Then the interaction between the Sun and the planet is significantly eased, and the planet receives from the Sun a kind of weak magnetization, serving as orientation in complex (for the planet) conditions when the optimal choice is not obvious. Venus conjunction: One can benefit society only after first separating oneself from it. A conjunction with Venus imparts strong social and aesthetic emphases to the planet’s principle; at a low level, in the areas ruled by the planet, the person will be aesthetically capricious and socially determined; public opinion and the principle of “what people do” will be highly significant, and freeing the planet’s principle from social clichés will be difficult, sometimes leading to ridiculous dogmatism and absurd, unpredictable effects when attempting to apply social stereotypes in completely inappropriate situations, where the aspect will manifest (at this level). Another characteristic of Venus’s influence on a planet in conjunction with it is an emphasis on love, not necessarily erotic. Processing the aspect brings divine light to any expression of the planet; at a low level, the person does not perceive the planet’s expressions unless a considerable amount of love directed toward them or social attention is added, although (karmically) they should not so much receive as radiate love in corresponding situations. For example, a child with Venus conjunct Saturn can only be motivated to study systematically or simply to concentrate through kindness, affection, love, gentle persuasion, etc., but never through force, and public ridicule will cause them to literally cower in a corner and burst into tears. At a low level, Venus relaxes the planet, making the person a social parasite and refined egoist in the relevant areas, but during processing, egoism gives way to service to others; for instance, a Venus-Moon conjunction may produce a glutton and gourmet concerned solely with their stomach, but when processed, a wonderful chef who presents their dishes like an art exhibition; the same applies to their sex life.
Francesca Sakoyan. Aspects
Grants strength of emotion, love for life, joy, optimism, love for amusement and recreation, though with some narcissism. Beauty and refinement in self-expression, artistic talent. If the 2nd and 5th houses are not afflicted—wealth through speculation is possible. Ambition and a romantic nature may bring happiness to others. They understand children well.
S.V. Shestopalov. Planetary Aspects
Venus never moves farther than 48° from the Sun, so the aspects it can form with the Sun range from conjunction to semi-sextile. The conjunction of Venus with the Sun, like that of Mercury, occurs in two types, depending on orb—the traditional orb for conjunctions ranges from 2° to 8°. With such an aspect, negative manifestations may occur: disappointments, losses, extravagance; heightened love for pleasures, recreation, changeability in affections, flirtatiousness, frivolity. The positive side of this aspect includes soulfulness, tenderness, constancy, a desire to help, refinement, talent, love for art, and a striving for perfection. An exact conjunction or one exceeding 8°, as well as the semi-sextile, indicate charm, attractiveness, artistic ability, beauty, refinement, politeness, culture, friendliness, harmony, sensitivity, cheerfulness, success in life and with the opposite sex, and good taste. The negative side of these aspects includes frivolity, flirtatiousness, indulgence of one’s feelings, inconstancy of preferences, love for gifts and beautiful things, bourgeois mentality, and lack of striving for self-improvement and self-discipline.
