The mind increasingly less often takes us back to the past; we are embedding ourselves in the present reality, even if it disappoints, angers, or outrages us. Only by soberly accepting reality can we be most effective in what we do and useful to those around us. We know we are moving toward victory, but we do not know what path still needs to be traveled. We trust other people, but we strengthen our own inner foundation. We live on the edge of inner and outer contradictions, yet we are grateful for each day of life. Every Ukrainian is awakening superpowers, so nothing will break our people!

Today, there is no need to rush anywhere or display excessive external activity. Feel your daily rhythm and live it in a way that allows you to feel your life. However, do not emotionally attach yourself to the results, as emotions are often tied to yesterday’s values and prevent us from correctly understanding what will matter to us tomorrow. Therefore, leave everything unfinished today as it is—circumstances are likely to change soon.
Today, it is good to allow yourself quiet rest with loved ones. It is important that external matters do not drown out our inner processes. It is favorable to devote at least a little attention to your reflections or simply to the contemplation of silence.
