How to submit the application
- By email to info@astroway.info — the recommended method. Copy the application text or attach the completed document.
- By mail to: Ukraine, 49014, Dnipro, vul. Nezalezhnosti, 27, kv. 50. Please note: the date of receipt is considered the date of dispatch (postal stamp) if the notice is sent within 14 days.
After receiving your notice, we will send you confirmation within 24 hours on business days. The funds will be refunded to the same details from which the payment was made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days — unless otherwise provided by your notice or the terms of the Public Offer Agreement (including exceptions for digital content provided with your explicit consent before the end of the withdrawal period).
Alternatively, you can submit the application through the online cancellation form at astroway.info/widerruf/, where you only need to provide your email and order number.
