Sample cancellation form for a contract (German: Widerrufsformular) — pursuant to Annex 2 to Art. 246a § 1 para. 2 sentence 1 no. 1 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and Annex I to Directive 2011/83/EU.
This sample is used by consumer customers with their habitual residence in the EU / EEA / United Kingdom to exercise the right of cancellation described in the Widerrufsbelehrung. Use of this form is not mandatory — any unambiguous written notice of cancellation is sufficient. Customers from Ukraine may use the cancellation form under Ukrainian law.

How to submit the notice
- Email to info@astroway.info — recommended method. Copy the text into the body of the email or attach the completed document.
- Ordinary post to the address provided above. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the letter before the expiry of the 14-day period (date as per postmark).
- Online cancellation function on the page astroway.info/widerruf/ — a two-step procedure, no form required; your email and order number are sufficient.
Upon receipt of your notice, we will send confirmation within 24 hours on business days. The refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days to the same payment method used for the purchase, except in cases of fully provided services or fully supplied digital content for which you have explicitly consented to immediate performance (see Widerrufsbelehrung).
