However, there is no need to expend energy on figuring out who is right—at this time, you can only hear yourself, so hurting yourself or another person will not strengthen your mutual understanding in any way. Today’s conflicts are largely happening within you and highlight your inner doubts. Therefore, if you bring clarity to your views, external pressure may turn out to be less critical.
In the evening, avoid social activity so as not to test your resilience to external stimuli. Do not analyze the behavior of loved ones, let alone take their emotions and actions personally—emotional reactions are more likely a release of previously unprocessed experiences.
