To do this, it is worth freeing yourself from outdated fears and turning to your life experience of overcoming difficulties.
During the day, you may be irritated by mood swings—your own and those of the people around you. Understand that this is how everyone unconsciously releases excess internal pressure. The key during this release is to avoid emotional extremes—irritation and anger. Maintain patience with others’ behavior, because if they touch your feelings, they may be acting similarly to you.
In the second half of the day, we may be overcome by fears and a sense of helplessness. We reveal our less favorable sides, as we lose the ability to control inner processes. But more importantly—we often do not notice when our behavior offends others or causes discomfort for them and ourselves.
