The ideal of sincerity is much more inherent in Aries than in Leo, who prefers to be famous. Here, the ideal of the “self” is energetic, strong, and inclined toward direct, unambiguous pressure on a person, and often on others as well, from which one should wean oneself, since the absolute phrase: “I think you should…” and its impersonal variant “He should be in his place…” have no right to exist in the higher “self.” When forming the ideal of the “self,” one should make it less straightforward and primitively ideological, and strive to relate it not only to life but also to the person’s way of thinking and mental worldview. In the case of Leo’s defeat, there may be a complete degradation of the ideal of the “self” and the loss of any energetic channel leading to a loss of faith in oneself, depression, or a complete absence of conscience. Here, the work involves a deeper analysis of one’s life and the search for an ideal, perhaps not as brilliant as desired, but one that includes humility and modesty—something Leo at a low level thinks about last. Therefore, strong manifestations of the 9th house, especially pronounced spiritual discipleship, are met with caution and a strong subconscious fear, which, however, one is unlikely to admit to. The work yields a spiritual teacher who can gently connect their students to strong channels and help them form a full-fledged ideal of the “self” that will inspire and give faith for the rest of their lives. Foreign countries and cultures are taken by storm, as if in self-defense, since subconsciously (especially in the case of Leo’s defeat) it seems to the person that they want to suppress and break them. Here, one should be less aggressive, as well as in religious and philosophical comprehension of the world. The world and humanity should not provide the person with a philosophy that satisfies them, and God, if they exist, is not obligated to perform miracles for them.

The spiritual is much more beneficial to them than the secular. They place the spirit of the law and ethics above personal goals. In religious thoughts, they may reach arrogance. Outwardly indifferent to the results of their efforts, but secretly hope for praise. They adhere to rituals in everything. Fate may endow them with honor, fame, success, and prosperity, but first, they must undergo a series of trials in the search for an ideal that is actually within them. Their authority is non-violent and easily accepted. Their main karmic task is understanding spiritual truths and mastering foreign cultures, all of which must be translated into the language of their homeland to become the heritage of all.
