History can be distorted in the textbooks that future generations will study. But the history you witness will live in your heart exactly as you experienced it. History is more than one person’s perspective, yet every person, to some degree, shapes history through the movement of their own life. Our lives now become world history—it is important only to make it such that we have no shame in telling our grandchildren the truth about the past.

Be restrained in your emotions and words, and tolerant of the words of those around you.
This is a time when it is easy to shed our masks if we listen to ourselves. Much of our behavior is provoked by external influences rather than our personal desires and thoughts. Once we hear our inner voice, we will find a central axis that makes us resilient to the gusts of “life’s winds.” Most importantly, in such a case, we become self-sufficient.
