Neptune quincunx: It’s not necessary to be good—it’s enough to be honest and attentive. This aspect brings cosmic love into the spheres governed by the planet, which a person at a low level often perceives negatively. Modern civilization is such that even earthly forces pushing a person toward evolutionary development are mostly seen as evil, and conscious spiritual growth is often pursued by those who have hit a dead end in all other areas. Therefore, high cosmic vibrations in the planet’s spheres either bring incomprehensible shifts in consciousness (transcendental meditation) or life turns so confusing that “you can’t make sense of it without half a liter.” The latter, however, lowers the level of cosmic meditation to something earthly, comprehensible, and even almost ecstatic.
If Neptune is afflicted in the planet’s spheres, irrational feelings of cosmic guilt may arise, usually repressed, as well as inner conflict due to the mismatch between ideas of cosmic and earthly grace, mercy, and compassion. The Cosmos is more interested in the evolution of the spirit, while people mostly focus on the physical, etheric, and astral bodies, happily ignoring karma’s laws altogether. To overcome the contradiction between earthly and cosmic Neptunian influences, a person must learn to see karma, adopt a cosmic point of view, and only then attempt to align earthly karma with higher influences. To do this, they must first rid themselves of constant petty lies and self-deception in the planet’s spheres, which mask themselves as harmless.
Cosmic love does not so much soften suffering as shorten it, redirecting it into more constructive paths for the person.
Pluto quincunx: There is enough hatred on Earth to destroy it. At a low level, this is a rather harsh aspect, as a person experiences the influence of both cosmic and earthly karmic cleansing programs in the planet’s spheres, and they are poorly aligned. The resulting criticism may appear entirely destructive, and the overall picture of the relevant areas will be predominantly dark. It must be said that cosmic vision and cosmic disgust are quite real sensations in the planet’s spheres for this person, though they do not always interpret them correctly.
For example, if the planet is in the 1st house, the traits it governs will dissatisfy the person from both earthly (social) and cosmic perspectives, and the effect, when combined, can be extremely unpleasant—even leading to total cosmic hatred of any mirrors. The work here involves carefully differentiating cosmic and earthly criticism and, above all, grasping cosmic ethics and the limits of its competence in earthly matters. This requires great inner purity in the planet’s spheres. Until this is achieved, and the person tends to see evil more in the external world, the backlash from the cosmic egregore will strike their earthly horns.
The work yields cosmic vision and perfect methods for purifying earthly circumstances, as well as the ability to find the most harmonious way to develop earthly karma in cooperation with the higher cosmic egregore.
