Jupiter’s quincunx: The existence of God awakens in me a sense of inferiority. This aspect promises unusual expansion of opportunities in the planet’s spheres, linked to connecting with a cosmic egregore, provided the person can reach the appropriate vibrational level and master its ethics, which may sometimes differ unexpectedly from the usual earthly ones. For example, the Jupiter–Uranus quincunx may grant a theoretical physicist the ability to read information from very high cosmic planes, but it will remain undistorted only if there is proper spiritual orientation; otherwise, brilliant ideas will often come to them, promising a great discovery just around the corner, only to deceive each time: the distortion of an initially correct idea is tied to insufficient attention to cosmic ethics, which reduces the ordinary earthly desire for abstract knowledge to a fairly low mental plane. At a low level, a person in the planet’s spheres will repeatedly grab onto cosmic aspects, but these interests and activities will prove to be episodic and superficial, even though they themselves will likely hold the opposite viewpoint, and at least the profound earthly limitations in these matters will be evident in their immediate surroundings, as well as in humanity as a whole.

Chiron’s quincunx: One should wash their hands before playing with words. This aspect grants a peculiar sense of humor with a cosmic tint in the planet’s spheres; in essence, viewing earthly relations from a cosmic perspective provides ample reason for genuine laughter (or just as genuine tears). At a low level, the aspect will manifest in the person constantly switching between earthly and cosmic views in the planet’s spheres, throwing their psyche into chaos and turning constructive progress into wandering down dead ends; though each detour will be short, they will fail to find a satisfactory way of acting, and most importantly, they will never understand the meaning of the difficulties that arise, their general origin, or their cause. The karmic task of this aspect is to find an unexpected way of seeing in the planet’s spheres that reconciles cosmic and earthly karma, and then the dead ends of development that seemed lifeless for years will open up. For example, the Chiron–Pluto quincunx, when worked through, offers the possibility of finding a channel for cosmic purification that is acceptable from the perspective of earthly karma—comparatively painless and free of major tension or karmic knots—but for this, a person must first reach a level of mastery over their subconscious and its purity that Pluto will recognize as sufficient. At an average level, this quincunx grants black humor with a cosmic tint and an overall backdrop of utter hopelessness, which must be learned to overcome and transform in order to avoid falling into the impasse of nihilistic black teaching.
