Moon conjunction: Narrow boundaries of personal egoism hinder me from fully embracing the world. A conjunction with the Moon gives the Planet active participation in the person’s subconscious life. The individual feels intimately connected with the Planet’s principle, which colors their needs, especially vital and social ones. At a low level of aspect integration, and generally for people with an unprocessed Moon, the Moon often proves stronger than any other planet (the ego principle dominates life), and in particular, planets in conjunction transform their principle into one of the Moon’s programs of parasitic consumption. For example, in a Moon-Venus conjunction, a person tends to enjoy beauty, social contacts, and love, but after interacting with them, people in general—and loved ones in particular—need a long time to recover, restoring their energy and faith in humanity; similarly, from works of art, such an appreciator and connoisseur crudely strips away the most accessible layer of dullness, which is not so easy to remove, and sometimes the artwork may even be ruined. Here, the moment of Absolute creativity manifests through the capriciousness of the person’s taste—or through circumstances in which they themselves are consumed. Integrating the aspect brings great subtlety and often unexpected perception in matters related to the Planet’s principle, which later (through Moon integration) transforms into a vital need to process and transmit the Planet’s higher principle to others. At a high level, this may manifest as a public figure or prophet closely connected with national karma. Chiron conjunction: It is better to serve God with benefit than to serve the Devil without gain. A conjunction with Chiron gives the Planet a special sense of humor, initially appreciated more by others than by the person themselves, since the jokes are made at their expense. This aspect creates a karmic necessity for non-standard processing of the Planet’s principle, stimulated by developmental deadlocks and chaotic, incomprehensible situations in which an inner meaning is felt but cannot be grasped from conventional life positions. For instance, a Chiron-Moon conjunction may bring unusual or common illnesses that for some reason resist standard treatment methods, potentially tormenting the person until they turn to approaches considered quackery or at least highly suspicious by official medicine. However, only a highly harmonious conjunction with Chiron brings rapid problem resolution bordering on miracle; usually, the person must seriously master and materialize (at least for themselves) new, initially semi-fantastical views, techniques, or methods. This often requires inner work within the subconscious programs governed by the Planet. For example, integrating a Chiron-Pluto conjunction implies reevaluating one’s views (often initially completely unconscious) on death, spiritual purification and repentance, the interconnection of personal and world karma (“the role of personality in history”), and so on. Working through the conjunction grants extraordinary creative abilities in areas ruled by the Planet, along with techniques and methods that create miraculous effects, yet appear entirely “scientific” and “rational” to the next generation. Chiron’s main methodological principle is: “To understand means to get used to.” However, the essence of integrating a Planet’s conjunction with Chiron lies not merely in qualitatively new developments of the Planet’s principle, but in the expansion of consciousness generated through it.
