A wise person learns from the first attempt. With the 4th house in Gemini, life positions are rational and oriented toward structural features of the world order more than the essence of the elements composing it. A haphazardly multicolored pile is chaos, a colorful pattern is order, and what these little pieces are made of ultimately does not matter. At low and often average levels, such a person will prefer a totalitarian state with segregated boys’ and girls’ schools to “democratic schools” with gangsters, drugs, and tabloids. What matters to the person is thought; but this thought must originate deep within their being and, growing, gradually emerge outward. If they assist this process without violating it according to their superficial mental concepts or profaning it, their life position will take shape, expressing the primary Divine will for the current incarnation. However, one must be very careful, as thought (like Gemini) is highly mobile, and it is easy to turn it into its opposite. Processing leads to an informational connection with God; divine revelations and requests expressed in words come from the depths of the soul to the person, which is very convenient and practical, yet equally unusual, since religiosity is typically understood as an emotional state that, in this case, will certainly also be elevated but will not become the main aspect of communication with God (unlike the 4th house in water signs). Although Gemini is a mutable sign, their life positions are always stable. The difference is that they are not so rigidly tied here to the thoughts that express and confirm them. A person may utter statements with opposing meanings in different situations to illustrate their life position, and conversely, they can perceive almost anything as confirmation of their life position, especially at the 1st and 2nd levels of processing the 4th house, when inner honesty in these matters is still lacking. At home, this person finds things interesting; perhaps a large library, many conversations, and people. The spouse and children are intelligent, but much interferes with the depth of existential family feeling, which is replaced by mental activity.
