ALEXANDER ASTROGOR – KARMIC MEDICINE BOOK OF FATE PART 4

WARNINGS AND FULFILLMENT

Intuition is an energetic channel into the past and the future, shaping the present. The Russian physicist and philosopher N.A. Kozyrev claimed that “the future is predictable in principle; everything already exists, one just needs to know where…” Occult teachings assert that through the channel of intuition, the Higher Mind speaks to us, acting as a program of the future embedded in its all-encompassing memory. Knowledge of past lives guides us toward a certain goal, profession, and passions. Does your profession satisfy your inner world, fill your heart, and soothe your soul? If so, you are a happy person! But most simply settle into life and, in return, receive a whole hail of karmic punishments in every life situation.

Intuition prompts a person to choose behavioral patterns that allow them to achieve a useful goal in a short time and avoid harmful influences, thereby ensuring the best conditions for preserving inner balance in the fullest sense. Without learning to analyze our feelings, we create our own Hell even in this life.

Intuition is a sensory, deductive method of comprehending the world, whereas the mind operates through logic, being an inductive way of knowing. For scientific comprehension of the world, an intuitive impulse or surge is essential; an idea must first arise, and then logic will complete the task. This is how unique discoveries are made, born from inner revelations. “Accidental” discoveries appear only in those who are deeply passionate.

Intuition is always subjective because the information a person receives comes through the channels of their memory from past lives. At some point, they already worked with this information. Their soul once vibrated in these energies, and therefore they now have the opportunity to reconnect with it. All information is stored in the “cosmic data bank,” which V.I. Vernadsky called the “Noosphere.” It lies in the “warehouse” of your own “finished products,” which is why it is said that everything new is merely well-forgotten old.

The task of every person who receives this “new” information is to introduce meaningful changes into it, considering the scientific, technical, and cultural level of societal development, as well as with an eye toward the future.

Nowadays, much is said and written about Karma. The time has come to unlock this information bank and reinterpret it through the accumulated experience and knowledge of humanity. I am not the only one writing about karmic diseases, but each person approaches this topic through the lens of their own knowledge, views, and feelings. It is remarkable that the information is strikingly similar and consistent across all sources, even though the authors and speakers are unfamiliar with one another. This suggests that a profound and simple Truth lies hidden here, one that continues to attract new researchers and enthusiasts.

Experiments conducted by scientists on animals show that they are constantly attuned to their offspring. For example, a female rabbit and her young, as well as a snail with its offspring, were taken. The young were transported to different continents while the mothers remained in Paris. The rabbit kits were taken to South America, and the snail’s offspring were lowered to the bottom of the Pacific Ocean in a submarine. When the offspring were subjected to stimuli—electric current or acids—the mothers in Paris exhibited intense distress. It is known that plants also react to humans and sense their attitude toward them, a fact confirmed by experiments.

Once, I noticed that shortly after reports emerged about the dumping of radioactive substances into the Sea of Japan, news followed of a pod of predatory orcas committing mass suicide by beaching themselves off the coast of western Africa. I am convinced that these two events are closely connected. The contaminated radioactive cloud entered the pod of mammals, and a painful death began. By the law of analogy with snails and rabbits, we see that another, similar group also suffered painfully from what had happened. While the first group died from external influence, the second perished from the vibrations and suffering perceived by intuition.

In this regard, it would not be difficult to conduct observations and research so that no ecological crime remains a mystery. We must continuously monitor not only space but also the oceans, learning to detect and understand the distress signals of their inhabitants. Similarly, humans sense the vibrations sent to them in the form of curses, hexes, and spoilage. A person constantly receives and perceives various signals, which always trigger internal vibrations. To decipher this enigmatic phenomenon, it is necessary to measure the frequency of the waves directed at a person in moments of anxiety, for they have received some energetic signal—a wave or a whole surge of energies—that compels them to make a new decision. And until the decision, which must lead to action, is made, the alarming signals will not cease. Moreover, these signals, both positive and negative, are felt throughout the entire body, every cell of the organism.

It is known that a loving mother is always attuned to her child, to their inner and sensory world. She senses any changes in their spiritual state, and this ability is influenced by geographical distances. Only a loving heart gives intuition freely; only a refined soul is capable of empathy. It is through maternal love, to a greater extent, that this feeling is cultivated. Thus, through female reincarnation (the chain of rebirths), all human souls pass to develop and strengthen within themselves this primary and vital feeling—intuition. Further development of the intuitive faculty to a new quality occurs through male reincarnation. That is why men are calmer about purely feminine concerns: family, children, and so on. Male intuition encompasses the creative transformation of the world. It is hard to disagree that the majority of world-changing discoveries were made by the intuitive and passionate minds of men.

Intuition opens to a person new abilities, talents, and divine revelations—clairvoyance, clairaudience, telepathy (reading thoughts at a distance), and other unique capabilities. This explains why women more frequently exhibit these abilities. As for men, if they are not weighed down by mundane concerns and if they maintain a lively interest in life, they create the world and history with inspiration.

Thus, the more children a woman has, the more opportunities she creates for developing intuition and refining all the organs of perception. In this context, many childhood illnesses arise solely because the mother did not focus on the child, was not constantly attuned to them, and did not sense them with every cell of her body. If a mother’s five senses operate through intuition, her children will be healthy, and she will unlock unique abilities. A mother of many children engages in spiritual labor, at the pinnacle of which shines the Star of Love. She must ascend this peak together with her husband and children; otherwise, a lifetime of labor will be Sisyphean, and a hail of stones will fall upon her head from her own children. And the karma of future rebirths will remain tied to family and domestic life.

I once knew a woman gifted with strong intuition who excelled at card reading and clairvoyance, yet she misused her fate. First came betrayal, then the sudden death of her husband, and later the loss of her son. She squandered her gift on idle curiosity, human vanity, and personal gain, and for this, she was punished. Thus, her higher gift turned into suffering for her.

Prophecies and predictions have always been the domain of religion, which forbids divination and forecasting. Yet no priest or believer could ever explain to me coherently why this is prohibited. They say God does not allow it, that the Bible states this, that one will be punished, and that everything is in God’s hands. So why, then, is divination and forecasting forbidden? What is so heretical or sinful about it?

Reflecting on this topic, I have reached the following conclusion. First, in Orthodoxy, all Russian saints prophesied because their souls were detached from worldly matters, glory, and wealth. Thus, their words carried the pure Truth and divine revelation. Second,This is the subject of research in karmic medicine and lies in the fact that fortune-tellers and soothsayers hinder and impede the development of the soul, which must learn to feel itself and the surrounding world on its own. So that feelings serve the Temple of the soul, obeying sensations and intuition. Then you will learn to understand your mistakes and others’. Predictions hinder the spirit from focusing; a person, with their help, seeks gain and a point of support, not realizing that support can only be within their own soul. They lose the opportunity to develop spiritual vision. With the help of soothsayers, people degrade spiritually. They look for a soft place to fall. They already feel they will fall, but they want to know HOW, WHERE, and WHEN. But after all, they themselves know what they will fall from: betrayal, divorce, work, career, money, and so on. Everything here is weak and false; everything is crumbling, and a way out must be found. And they run to fortune-tellers and seers. This is exactly why the Church forbids engaging in this craft. Would it not be better for us to seek the inner causes of our fall ourselves? No one is to blame for what happens to us. Only we ourselves create traps, set snares for ourselves, and then rush to find out when we will fall into them. At the same time, we are ready to pay any amount of money, give gifts, to learn when and how the soul will close, the heart will split, the mind will break, when we will receive a blow for our ignorance, for our weakness—moral, physical, and mental. We seek what we should know intuitively, subjectively. Women especially rush to this, for, as we have already analyzed, it is primarily them who are given this gift.

The Chinese philosopher Lao-Tzu said: “The wise serve the inner, not the outer; they reject the objective and cling to the subjective.” Thus, soothsayers provide a “bear service.” They speak of facts, not of how to live righteously. In this, religion has an advantage. Righteousness in life is the sacred duty of every person.

A paradoxical situation arises: as an astrologer, I also belong to the soothsayers! But for me, astrology is no longer a method of predicting fate but a means of scientific cognition of the world in all its diversity. The writings of the stars should not predict fate but point to the creative, mental, and spiritual path of personal growth.

And although it is said that no one can escape fate, I am ready to prove the opposite. Whenever a person comes to me with their problems, when they need my help, advice, or support, I build their horoscope to see the emotionally energetic and sensitively active DRAMA OF THEIR EXISTENCE. I do not advise you to order a horoscope by mail, especially if you do not know the exact time of birth. Practice shows that this is money wasted. Live communication with an astrologer, who can understand your problems and see in the horoscope the mechanisms triggering your illnesses or problems—only this can bring effective help. They will show you in which energies you are trapped, blocked, or simply floundering. And if it is not possible to build a horoscope, you can use a live transit horoscope on your palms. Then I begin to tell the person how to get out of the pit they have already fallen into, even though they think they can still soften the landing.

No, if you have already gone to fortune-tellers and soothsayers, then your affairs are already in very bad shape. It is no coincidence that people say that a soul is not alive if it has gone to doctors. A good astrologer is not a soothsayer; they heal the soul, and in the horoscope, they see the vulnerable points of your soul.

To my interlocutors, I speak with absolute frankness. I called them “interlocutors,” though in my heart, every person is like a little star in the Milky Way of the great sky. And I want a spark of hope to ignite in their eyes, not to fade but to turn into a bright light that attracts other stars in need of warmth and light.

And perhaps that is why they endure when I reveal their flaws, scrape off the rust from their hearts, wash away the varnish and vulgarity, and open to them the Divine laws of Cosmic Harmony so that their Soul may awaken and sing. But first, it is pure, immaculate, and God-given, so that, having walked the path of life, it leaves behind a Good Name. Yet some still refuse to understand this. HOW and WHEN stand as a plea in their eyes and voices. I answer that it will happen soon if they do not realize that they are to blame for everything themselves. Read the Scriptures, and you will find answers to all questions. God gave you feelings so that through them you may perfect yourself spiritually, but you turn into caterpillars.

Intuition is the key that can break your feelings so that the caterpillar may transform into a butterfly. The biblical story of the sinful Mary Magdalene is a glorious example of this. With predictions and fulfillments for our lives, we can consciously manage them ourselves. For this, it is very important for each of us to constantly monitor our actions, thoughts, and feelings. Through this analysis, we adjust the program for future life. Then we will understand why we suddenly develop an intuitive attraction to someone or something.

By analyzing the life lived, summing up the past, we often tell ourselves that if we could start life over, we would do this, become that, achieve the other. In doing so, we are already laying the foundation for the next incarnation, which will karmically manifest as an intuitive impulse according to the program we ourselves have embedded. Does not every person on Earth dream of this? This is how one can learn to live by intuition.

Sometimes it gets worse. If a person constantly tells themselves, “I am a small person,” they block their spiritual world, not realizing that one can only be small in height, but great in soul. By belittling their significance, a person will be reborn in the next life even shorter in stature and will certainly complex over it. Deep memory implants information, and the karmic program of the inferiority complex is activated. No operations or stretching will help them. And the thought that gnaws about their inadequacy will create ever new problems for their health. They will constantly test their morality, their ability to withstand humiliation and insults. This is how we drag along our karmic debts from past incarnations.

The Law of Intuition forbids doubt, for it disrupts the inner energetic integrity of the soul. Doubts tear the soul apart, leaving it no peace. The Teaching of the Living Ethics states: “Doubt is the ruin of quality. Doubt is the grave of the heart… The worm of doubt is like a bacillus that decomposes psychic energy and even affects the composition of the blood. One day, scientists will reveal the psychic and physical characteristics of a person who has succumbed to doubt. The consequences of the disease of doubt will be among the most contagious.”

The destructive power of doubt is vividly illustrated in the biblical story of the apostle Peter, who tried to walk on the water of the Sea of Galilee toward Christ. He walked, but as soon as he doubted, he began to sink. Another apostle, Thomas the Doubter, could not believe in Christ’s resurrection on Sunday until he placed his fingers in His wounds. Christ said: “Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

An even greater vice hindering the development of intuition is FEAR. It destroys the human energetic foundation even more than doubt, forcing constant heavy and coarse vibrations and prompting negative actions. The depletion of psychic energy under the influence of fear leads to a constant painful state of all organs, but primarily the kidneys and heart. Energetically, fear powerfully destroys the “solar plexus,” and therefore a person with this flaw will constantly feel pain in the central abdominal area.

The Teaching of the Living Ethics considers fear an emotion that paralyzes the work of the Higher centers of human consciousness. Under the influence of fear, they lose their most valuable quality—their consciousness—regressing to the level of reflexive interaction with the world. Fear blocks good intentions, acting as an instrument of dark forces. As people say, where there is fear, there is ruin. The absence of fear is the first and necessary condition for combating evil, as evidenced by folk wisdom embedded in fairy tales, legends, and myths.

It is easy to live by intuition when your thoughts, actions, and feelings no longer need to be controlled, when they have become natural. This already preserves the nervous strength for cultivating new physical, mental, and spiritual qualities in oneself. And then you will be a prophet to yourself, you will become the master of spiritual vigilance, the name of which is intuition.

LONG-SIGHTEDNESS AND SHORT-SIGHTEDNESS

A person who has not developed their intuition is deaf to it and indifferent to others. Their organs function irregularly, malfunction, yet the person continues to trust them more. In Buddhist symbolism, these five senses are called thieves who have broken into the organism (into the temple of the soul) and act within it at their own will, distracting the spirit from concentration and inner truth. Then it becomes clear to us why a person’s sensory functions are disrupted. The service staff, the team created by God, has been exchanged, surrendered, turned into thieves, and is driven by greed. Which organ is robbing you on the path of knowledge and perception of the world? Is vision lost or hearing impaired? But we deceive ourselves, God, and Nature: we wear glasses and lenses, insert hearing aids. We fight to keep deceiving ourselves further. Wearing glasses is like wearing a karmic sentence: “I cannot look at the world, at life correctly; I do not understand what and why is happening to me and around me.” If a person lives by straining their senses, it contributes to the painful vulnerability of the organs. And the causes and consequences will not be long in coming.

Let us examine two of the most common vision impairments—myopia and hyperopia. What karma do people suffering from these ailments carry?

MYOPIA is a reduction in distance vision. This is karma whose causality lies in the fact that a person’s social and public life must be minimized. They have enough worldly problems that remain unresolved and unworked through on a spiritual level. These are primarily the problems that are CLOSE TO THEIR HANDS—myopia: family and relatives. They do not see their loved ones, are cold and indifferent to them, and are selfish. This is where their karma accumulates slowly in the form of severe chronic diseases.

By putting on glasses and thus correcting their diopters for distance, a person does not become a full-fledged member of society. They will be a slave, a robot fulfilling the will of others, entirely obedient and diligent. Yet the domestic problems will not be compensated by public activity. The short-sighted are often failures in the family, and therefore they cannot contribute anything new or interesting to society. The most terrifying thing for society is short-sighted leaders and politicians—these are “thieves in law.”

It is frightening to write and say such things, but by remaining silent about them, our life becomes even more terrifying and unbearable. We will keep banging our heads against the wall, blaming someone else for our problems. The karma of any disease consists of the spiritual state of the person. The size of the karma of myopia is expressed in diopters. Each unit of diopters indicates a certain life space around the person:

–>

1 diopter – the norm for all. There are no problems that would make the soul tremble.

3 diopters – relationships with siblings, sometimes a strong negative influence from a close friend. 4 diopters – family, relationships between husband and wife, with the mother. 5 diopters – attitude toward a child, children, lack of creative self-giving toward them. 6 diopters – lead to the collapse of the family, spiritual incompatibility, the trampling of the fundamental law, the law of family service. 7 diopters and above – spiritual degradation affecting the social aspect of life. This includes distant relatives, work partners, and the laws of society, religion, philosophy, and politics, all of which are rejected and slandered.

A reader familiar with astrology will notice that all diopters are structured according to the signs of the Zodiac. Practice and research have confirmed the correctness of this approach. For ancient teachings preserve within themselves the Truth, which can shine with Wisdom in the light of modern scientific research.

Most people suffer from myopia, and it is also true that for most people, family and domestic issues are central in their lives. When diopters have a non-integer value, with a decimal addition—for example, 5.5—this means that the person is experiencing an escalation of problems. One unresolved issue is compounded by another. Thus, problems pile up, and the person lives like a squirrel in a wheel.

Children mostly suffer from myopia. The earlier myopia is detected in a child, before school age, the greater the responsibility of the parents for their upbringing. This responsibility is karmically placed on the heredity from the father or mother. Whoever has myopia will bear greater responsibility before God for the child’s upbringing. In doing so, they will also educate themselves, and then their vision will be restored. The child will receive a good example of how to treat their loved ones at home. Thus, karmic debts of heredity are balanced.

Myopia that arises in a schoolchild is karmically more complex. A new world opens before them, and they are ready to accept it. But if the child develops a negative reaction to school, to subjects, or to teachers—which is not surprising given the existing education system—their vision begins to deteriorate rapidly. Therefore, myopia is a kind of inner protest, a refusal to see and feel the soullessness of learning.

Here is what a medical textbook for students says: “School myopia in a child arises as a result of the influence of many endogenous and exogenous factors, among which the most important is congenital weakness of accommodation. Under unfavorable conditions, myopia progresses.”

There are even wiser statements, yet diseases are not cured by them; instead, glasses are recommended. Karmic medicine sees the possibility of vision impairment in a schoolchild with the onset of family distress. Then the child wears glasses only in class to see what is written on the board. Sometimes excessive diligence, in order not to be distracted by the surrounding world, makes the child myopic. Such children study successfully, and after graduating from school, their vision is restored.

Farsightedness is the opposite of myopia. This is a reduction in near vision. This person is born for society, for the future. Work and social activity should become the norm of their life. This is the ability to look at life from the height of a bird’s flight, the ability to see everything at once.

From the perspective of karmic medicine, farsightedness is a painful perception of what is happening around the person. More often, the eyes begin to hurt and tire in domestic settings, because this close world begins to weigh down with its problems, which one “cannot bear to look at.” The common phrase “I wish my eyes wouldn’t have to look at you (at this)” is one of the keys to understanding the causes of vision impairment. How often do you say it? At whom or at what can you not look without pain? If this pain resonates in the soul with suffering, it will cause even greater farsightedness—a blindness to those nearby.

If what you see arouses anger and irritation in you, the illness will progress with various complications affecting the retina, lens, intraocular pressure, and so on. Anger and irritation always cause painful sensations that lead to surgical intervention, while calm acceptance of what is happening around you will maintain stable diopters without painful complications.

Often, farsightedness is a protest against the work being dumped on you that should be done by others—of course, if this happens day after day. Farsighted children are more talented. They feel their connection to the collective life of the entire group, country, etc. Sometimes their farsightedness acts as a protest against what is happening in it.

The approach to identifying the causes of vision impairment in children must be strictly individual. Karmic medicine does not measure all people and all illnesses with the same yardstick. It seeks the problems of the person’s spiritual state, for any illness is a signal from the body, soul, and spirit.

Yes, presbyopia indicates that the family problems of which the person is a part should not weigh heavily on them with dissatisfaction. Children, grandchildren, sons-in-law, or mothers-in-law—each has their own karma, their own relationships, in which they must learn to live harmoniously. And an elderly person in the family, if farsighted, having been taught by life experience and knowing everything in advance, must calmly observe what is happening. Their task is to warm souls with kindness, to extinguish hatred and irritation prevailing in the family with wise advice—but to extinguish them with kind words and a gentle gaze. It is to this elderly person that the souls of their relatives should turn, for they, a godly person, are preparing to meet with the Creator. This applies even more to elderly myopia that develops. It speaks of the fact that, having lived life, the person has reconsidered the most important thing—their relatives. Therefore, God closes their distant vision to turn the soul’s attention to their kin, so that they may become a “dandelion of God” for them. And then their soul will easily rise to the beautiful distance.

There are many cases of wonderful non-pharmacological treatment of myopia and farsightedness. However, it will be interesting if you share your observations and experiences.

Once, after a lecture in the city of Nabrzezhne Chovny, a woman approached me and recounted that, having entered an institute she had chosen not out of love or passion, she began to rapidly lose her vision. She developed farsightedness. She could read and write without glasses. After graduating from the institute, she worked in this profession for another ten years without removing her glasses. But as soon as she changed her job and profession, finding satisfaction in it, her vision fully recovered on its own. Yet she only understood this now, at the lecture. Is this not an indicator for hiring, admission to an educational institution, or appointment to a position?

After reading this chapter, many will want to get rid of their glasses. And they will do the right thing! Then you will be able to see only what God points to you toward—the perfection of the spirit. Do not try to replace glasses with contact lenses. By doing so, you will intensify all your other illnesses. Secrecy always leads to difficulties in diagnosis and, consequently, to incorrect treatment. Then it becomes clear to us why a person dies from a completely different illness than the one for which they were treated by doctors. Relatives even sue doctors—all because of secrecy, which is always cunning and seeks gain in life.

I agree that there are incompetent doctors. But is it normal for a doctor to wear glasses? Or a teacher? Or a priest? Are their souls pure? Teaching and healing people’s souls requires a pure heart, and love must shine in the eyes.

Let us not forget that in people suffering from energy vampirism, vision is also restored, but it is supported by coarse and heavy energies that clog and even burn this channel. Then, in the next earthly incarnation, the person will be born blind. This does not mean that all blind people were energy vampires in a past life. Each person has their own karma, sometimes consciously chosen. But we will discuss this in the following books.

Finally, what can be said about a person who constantly changes glasses from plus to minus or vice versa? This indicates that their soul is not at peace, that it is restless, that the person is inconstant in their feelings and thoughts. And from this, neither health nor vision will improve; instead, vision will deteriorate further. The same can be said of a person whose one eye suffers from myopia while the other from hyperopia. But this person has more personal problems than one who simply switches glasses. The main flow of information about the world comes to a person through sight. It is like a thermometer whose scale shows diopters. As long as the pluses and minuses of your vision keep “jumping,” there will be no peace in the soul, no health in the body, no joy in life, and no divine grace. Throw away, crush your glasses. Learn to relate to the world through the experience of living perception, and your intuition will begin to develop. You will not see with your eyes but feel with your heart the deception in which you dwell. “Look to the root!” teaches Kozma Prutkov. The root of many of our troubles lies in a soul deprived of intuitive feeling. Listen to yourself calmly and confidently, and you will understand whom and where to follow in life. Study methods and techniques of autogenic training, meditation, and yoga; they will help you quickly unlock the inner reserves of your feelings. And a sincere appeal to God will make your feelings strong, pure, and bright.

INTUITION AND ITS FOUNDATIONS A developed intuition is indicated by dreams. Many people dream every day. This will be a separate discussion, but here I would like to point out the fact that daily dreams are a sign of unclaimed intuition, of limited and not fully revealed feelings. Here’s what the Indian teaching “Bhagavata Purana” says about it: “The life of an ignorant person, whose existence and spirit are equally gripped by laziness, passes at night, in sleep, and during the day in vain deeds.” Through sleep, intuition takes the personality out of this incarnation, sending it into the distant past or revealing scenes of the future. And the more consistent a person is in the thoughts and feelings of the day lived, the closer the information received in a dream is to healthy meaning. Conversely, if thoughts “jump,” then dreams will be confused, and the person receives a “mess” of images that neither they nor anyone else can decipher. This is their real life. Such dreams are like foreign languages that we know. So they remain untranslated, and the life of such a person is chaotic, without understanding. If a person does not engage in the development of spiritual experience, then in dreams they receive information from past lives. From this, it becomes clear why we see ourselves in dreams in the most incredible situations and circumstances. These are wars, fires, natural disasters, murders, and so on. We have absorbed the experience of many past lives. We see what our soul has suffered from countless times in past lives. This is a sign that in this life, too, we can fall into the same situations, that past experience has not yet made us wiser, and the quantity of lives lived has not transformed into quality. There is much to ponder for everyone who wanders in dreams daily. For example, if a woman constantly divorces her husband in a dream, her karmic debt lies in the opposite: stop “stirring up trouble” in the family yourself, from one life to another; do not seek a better fate – it will not come. What we have, we do not cherish; having lost it, we weep. Thus, in a dream, we receive warnings about what the soul must work on. This is our karma showing the “pit” into which we can fall again. These are dreams of past reality and programs of the present for perfection in the future. In dreams, we experience not someone else’s life or fate, but our own. If a mother is not attuned to her child, does not live with them in unison, cannot feel them with every cell of her body, then she will constantly have bad and frightening dreams about her child. Through this, the Lord tries to point out her karmic program: to engage in their upbringing and education, to live by their interests and feelings. And all this is so that she herself can become better and purer. Thus, children become our angels, saving our souls. People with pure feelings rarely dream, and if they do, the dreams are prophetic, vivid, and symbolic. History shows that an enthusiastic person often finds solutions to problems in a dream. This is how Mendeleev saw the periodic table of chemical elements, and Antonov saw the shape of an airplane’s tail assembly in a dream. Many similar examples can be given. And all of them confirm that feelings and thoughts directed towards creation, illuminated by interest and enthusiasm, often bear fruit in the intuitive revelations of dreams. When our intuition is insufficient, in a dream we can receive a warning about a seemingly completely innocent aspect of our life. This concerns the death of a loved one. But now I will only talk about two types of post-mortem dreams. Often, deceased relatives “visit” us in dreams and give us money or other valuables. This indicates that the soul of your relative has not gone to the “Heavenly World” but has remained on Earth as a publican. When they give you something in a dream, they want to buy the right to live with you in your apartment. People do not advise taking anything from the dead in a dream. Otherwise, you will constantly hear pots clanging in the kitchen when no one is there. Or a night chomping sound, as if someone is eating, but when you come to the kitchen, no one is there. Or the creaking of floorboards, as if someone is walking around the room. Sometimes you even feel a light breath, as if someone has passed by, although there is no one else in the apartment besides you. You will begin to experience fears, visions, and other unpleasant sensations. You will start to get sick more often, wake up with difficulty in the morning, and only the church can help you. You need to order a “sorokoust” (forty-day prayer service) for the repose of your relative’s soul several times in a row, and then all troubles will disappear. One of the most dangerous dreams is when your deceased relative asks you to come on a certain day to a certain place and even at a certain time. Folk experience and observations show that all such meetings end in death. Your relative is bored alone in that world, and in this way, they lure you to themselves, knowing that a catastrophe will inevitably occur there. Therefore, it is not recommended to go to such meetings arranged in dreams. I will tell you in detail about the lives of publicans, their influence on our lives and health in the next book “Soul and Karma.” And the topic of dreams will still be given great attention in karmic medicine. But the most important test we pass in a dream is that God checks the quality of our thoughts and feelings. In reality, when a person sleeps, both their thoughts and feelings are turned off; they are relaxed, unaware. This is where traps are set for our true feelings and thoughts. In a dream, we are shown a situation in which, when awake, we might be cunning, invent things for ourselves, betray a loved one, offend the defenseless, steal what belongs to others, kill, and so on. In a dream, with feelings and thoughts turned off, we are tested for spiritual maturity. And if in a dream we do something bad to someone, where our spiritual weakness was revealed, then God will create such situations for us in life so that our soul learns to calm down through suffering, and our spirit strengthens. If a person always quarrels and argues with someone, they continue to do the same in dreams. It is even worse if a person hides their feelings; then their dreams will reveal their spiritual essence. And then it will become clear to us why in a seemingly prosperous family, the wife or husband constantly quarrels in a dream. Whoever dreams this does not know how to love, and therefore their night’s rest turns into a nightmarish work of feelings. Thus, we must always control ourselves at the level of feelings and thoughts, sincerely restrain ourselves, saying: “I will never break God’s commandments: I will not steal, I will not kill, I will not betray, I will not deceive…”, and so on. And in a dream, God will check how sincere and strong you are, how much your thoughts do not coincide with your true feelings. So do not forget that every evening, going to bed, we communicate with God and pass an exam to Him on our spiritual maturity. And then it will be clear to us why we say: “Lord, why do you send me such trials, why do you judge me, why is my life restless and painful?” Seek the answers in dreams. SIMPLE CONCLUSIONS The conversation about intuition is not yet over. This is just a small stop to catch our breath and draw the necessary conclusions. From all of the above, the following conclusions can be drawn. Intuition is the memory of past experience, including past lives. Intuition is God’s protection of the Holy Spirit – of man. Intuition is the watchtower of the Soul. Intuition is the path of Truth on the eternal road of knowledge. Intuition is RECOGNITION. Intuition is the Star of the Soul. When we understand each other with half a word, it is a Star speaking to a Star. And do you understand me? Intuition is an energetic channel of information, where the body reads it at the ideomotor (physical) level; the heart evaluates it at the spiritual (astral) level; and thought reads the information without logical justification at the mental level. Intuition develops only through the experience of one’s own perception. Keep the channels of perception clean! Intuition is the path to oneself! Without intuition, the evolutionary development of the Soul is impossible. Intuition can develop in those who know how to love and rejoice, who are internally attuned and fully devoted to their favorite work, who are enthusiastic and dreamy, whose thoughts do not jump from one problem to another but are nurtured by the heart. Subdue your feelings to intuition and you will become a happy person.

You will forget about illnesses, they simply won’t be able to appear in you. Without intuition, illnesses begin with the organs of perception. Karmic medicine asserts that developed intuition can stop any illness and heal any body, it preserves health, prolongs youth and life, makes a person interesting and unique. And why we had such a long conversation about intuition will become clear when we look into the human body and see what is happening there on biological and energetic levels. And then everyone will understand that purity of feelings is a divine gift that needs to be awakened within oneself. It’s good if each person makes these simple conclusions for themselves and learns to use them. And then the sensory gate of the Temple will let in the amazing world of unseen discoveries, and the body will become immune to time. God grant!

Part II. NUTRITION

KARMA AND NUTRITION

Nutritional problems are eternal. So many specialists have addressed this issue. Advice, diets, and scientific studies on this topic are so abundant that one wonders why they haven’t yet come to blows, asserting directly opposing ideas, truths, and postulates. All because, as the saying goes, “there’s no accounting for taste,” or perhaps because “a man may be the master of the world, but he is always a slave to his stomach,” as my father often repeated someone else’s phrase to me. This circumstance has always made man dependent on food and bred countless vices within him.

Karmic medicine sees in all this an opportunity for reflection, for seeking new ways to eliminate the causes, and, above all, for preventing diseases related to nutrition. To do this, we must strip away the mask from the age-old phrase “there’s no disputing tastes.” For we did not know what or how to dispute. The mechanisms behind our tastes, feelings, and intuition were unknown to us. We did not know that the measure of all things is the human soul—with its needs, demands, and desires, with its controlled and uncontrolled emotions, most often governed by primitive consciousness.

It is time to dispute tastes. It is time to rank them according to an evolutionary scale of spiritual values. It is time to awaken the sleeping, to strengthen the weary, to shake the careless. It is time to analyze tastes and feelings, thoughts and desires, to reveal a new facet of human essence. And the science of human nutrition, within this body of knowledge, will help uncover information about the subtle world of feelings in which man resides. This will help us understand what he will become in the future.

By understanding nutritional tastes, we will see how intuition works in one person or another and what it will lead to in the future. We must understand how, by eating daily, we can avoid falling ill from food. Why do we adhere to only certain foods, ignoring everything else? Why are we forced to resort to separate feeding, diets, fasting, and so on? What lies behind all this? What lurks in the cause-and-effect chain, revealing itself in such an unexpected way?

NUTRITION CAN BE USED TO DIAGNOSE KARMA—past, present, and future. The past is hidden in childhood and infant nutrition. The present is determined by today’s nutritional needs. The future stretches from the womb of the mother—what food she ate during pregnancy—to the turning point in a person’s spiritual state: the ability to control their emotions. If a person cannot do this, they cannot change their karma. And the use of various nutritional techniques and methods, which many are so fond of, does not erase karmic debts; therefore, all these methods require constant application. This is already a pathology that must be compensated for by something else. If one thing cannot be done, then something else can, and certainly to one’s heart’s content.

Perhaps soon the common phrase will be: “Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you who you are.”

There is another problem that can be called the “Law of Karmic Similarity.” It has begun to manifest strongly in our country and is associated with imported food products. What karmic essence lies behind the influx of a large quantity of imported foods rushing into our country? It is known that each country has a certain heightened susceptibility to certain diseases. For example, in “banana” countries, AIDS and Ebola first appeared. Their food products carry the seeds of these diseases. And so it is in all countries and among all peoples, for they each have their own way of life, climatic, ecological, and other peculiarities. We too have sharply changed our lives, relationships, and ecology; we are becoming “civilized” people, and this immediately affects our health. When we begin to eat their products, our bodies become susceptible to their diseases. This is one of the reasons for the spread of epidemics across the planet. This is how the Law of Karmic Similarity operates.

Thus, karmic medicine advises adhering to the diet that exists in your locality. While a diverse diet is necessary, it complicates diagnosis and requires the use of far more varied medications. For “foreign” products alter the body even at the molecular level.

When we were “anointed by one world,” the diseases were the same everywhere, and domestic medicines helped. But the more we encounter other countries and peoples, the more diverse and complex our illnesses become. You don’t necessarily have to travel to other countries; it’s enough to eat their food, drink their wine, smoke their cigarettes, chew their gum, or even wear their clothes. This is how we become hostages to their diseases. Not coincidentally, alongside this imported abundance, a wave of imported medicines has flooded our country. That is why our own drugs are becoming fewer, while imported ones are increasing. There is even a “Dollar Virus,” and scientists have yet to uncover its hidden influence. So think carefully about the temptation of imports—and how it will echo in your body.

SPIRITUAL REACTIVES

It is known that food is a source of life and strength. However, any food consumed indiscriminately, merely to fill the stomach, will be “dead,” heavy, and disease-causing. The entire world is permeated with vital fluids and spiritual vibrations. Food always contains living elements—enzymes, reactives, and so on—that influence both the physical and spiritual realms of a person. Once they enter the human body, they initiate exchange, substitution, supplementation, decomposition, and other reactions. The most subtle and pure energy of food has no form, volume, or weight, yet it lingers on the surface, and this energy can only be sensed by our organs of perception. Meanwhile, humans often prioritize the density of stomach filling over the pleasure derived from all sensory organs. And then, deceived senses fail to protect the “Temple of God” from the onslaught of coarse energies, and the food we consume is poorly absorbed—it “flies through,” gets stuck, or is rejected.

Every type of food contains reactives that the soul removes through the senses. I call these SPIRITUAL REACTIVES, which PREPARE all of a person’s internal organs for eating. We see food and say that our appetite is aroused. Simply looking at food instantly triggers a reaction that runs like an energetic wave through the entire body. Yes! The sight conveys information about the food, triggers a response, and something stirs within. The smell of food adds another energetic wave. Yes! Another signal awakens the organs, activating the necessary functions and secretions for digestion. It doesn’t matter whether you first see the food or smell it.

The taste and touch of food can evoke the strongest wave of sensations, fully preparing the body for action. Perhaps only hearing produces elusive sensations, which is why it is said that “the belly has no ear.” We hear what crunches, crackles, or clatters between the teeth. Those who prepare food hear its sizzling, boiling, and other sounds, which bring additional emotional sensations of sensory perception. Slurping is an auditory act, but it always irritates those around us because it reveals the animalistic nature of humans. Yet there are peoples who eat with their hands, and in their culture, loud smacking is customary.

Much has been said about thorough chewing of food. Some even went so far as to specify how many chewing motions should be made for each bite. The press once reported about an American professor who “went mad” simply because he forced students to make 33 chewing motions for each bite while meticulously counting them.

The entire SECRET lies in savoring the taste of food, removing its spiritual reactives, and only then swallowing it. This is what ensures the necessary secretion of saliva for digestion. The organs of internal SECRETION—glands—are the secret mechanism of spiritual reactives, a divine grace. It is no coincidence that beings from the parallel world—such as perfumes, tax collectors, and similar filth—hunt for our saliva and blood. They constantly linger near those who spit. That is why Porfiry Ivanov’s “Dittsa” states: “…Do not spit around and do not expel anything from yourself. Get used to the idea that this is your health.”

Delicious food does not mean it should be eaten quickly; rather, it is an invitation to enjoy it so that the internal mechanisms for its reception and assimilation activate. We must train our senses to remove the spiritual reactives from the food we consume, engaging all five senses. Then the primary sense—intuition—will awaken, and the soul will begin to communicate with every bite and sip of food. We will stop in time from consuming what the soul does not approve of or accept, thus avoiding illness and suffering.

Whenever we gather as a large family at home to celebrate a holiday, my mother, after pouring a glass, performs the same ritual. Raising the glass, she asks:

—Soul, do you accept this?

And she answers for it:

—No, I cannot and do not want to!

—Then move aside, or I’ll spill it!—she says and drinks the contents herself.

This is enough for the entire celebration. For her, the main thing is that our close-knit family is gathered together, bringing joy and peace to the soul—so there is no need to stimulate it or the body with a “happiness” stimulant.

Such simple wisdom provides strength, health, and longevity. Because the soul knows and feels which spiritual energies bring it simple earthly blessings—spiritual satisfaction.

Alchemy of Nutrition

By nourishing intuition, we improve metabolism because an exchange of sensations occurs. The senses must capture any vibrations in food, but they must be pleasant ones, filtered through the soul. Then a kind of “alchemical chain reaction” takes place in the body. Food provides chemical components for the body, but for proper and clean digestion, PREPARATORY work at the level of spiritual reactives is required. I call this work the “ALCHEMY OF NUTRITION.”

The spiritual reactives removed from food tune the endocrine glands, which, in turn, activate the organs, making the entire process harmonious, precise, and flawless. Synchronized preparation for food occurs before it even enters the body. Just as a musician tunes an instrument before a concert, we must tune our bodies so that the symphony of sensations can unfold.

Eating must always be accompanied by joy and spiritual anticipation, not just filling the stomach—then “even a fool’s mouth and a shovel’s tongue” won’t help. We say: Preliminary work, Anticipation, Anticipation. What a subtle meaning lies in this “PRE-“. Reflect on its depth, and you will see the simplicity. You will see the TRUTH in its original brilliance, and then nutrition problems will cease to be problems.

By calling this phenomenon alchemy, I seek to explain the nature of transforming simple substances into the healing elixir of health. I want everyone to understand that this elixir, this panacea, cannot be made in any pharmacy in the world. Only through inner work with our senses can we achieve healing from illness, the return of youth, renewed strength, and unlimited longevity. And the “philosopher’s stone” of alchemy will reveal its properties, illuminating various qualitative aspects of our lives in its facets. Human alchemy can only pass through the spiritual facet of life. This facet can shine brightly, attracting everything that exists, or fade, turning into a black chunk of ore.

In life, we constantly encounter alchemy, and those who understand it possess the “philosopher’s stone.” One of the powerful alchemical processes is music. It transforms what is seen or heard into a new quality that can only be felt and appreciated by the soul.

Thus, alchemy, the reverse of chemistry, does not use elementary particles of the periodic table but spiritual energetic components in peripheral radiation. Therefore, by using the alchemy of nutrition, a person receives additional substance energy, leading to rapid satiety. And within this energy lies information about the compatibility of elementary particles with your body. Listen to your intuition! This is why poisoning and stomach or intestinal disorders, the formation of blockages in systems, constipation, and the like are excluded. Here, the karmic law operates with a plus sign. Because spiritual perception creates inner harmony in the body, akin to cosmic, divine harmony.

Then we begin to understand the phrase we often use when describing a person: that he “lived by the Holy Spirit.” Jesus Christ, addressing the Romans, asked: “By what are you known—by the Spirit of God or by the flesh?” Here, it is worth recalling Porfiry Kornilyevich Ivanov, who, according to eyewitnesses, could go without food or drink for 108 days. Truly, he lived by the Holy Spirit! And the teachings of Living Ethics affirm that cosmic currents can almost eliminate the need to fill the stomach. In ancient China, it was believed that those who “are nourished by air possess enlightened knowledge (of the ancestors) and live long.”

CHILDREN’S NUTRITION

This topic of children’s nutrition will not be covered here in full, but only in a small karmic aspect. I will return to this topic repeatedly in the future, each time revealing new facets of it. The spiritual reactions to food, intuitively absorbed from meals, act as guardians. This occurs on a subtle psychophysical level, which will long remain hidden from the instruments of scientists, yet the very fact of its existence is no longer a secret or mystery to anyone.

If adults need to relearn the technology of intuitive eating, children possess this gift from birth. They are especially sensitive to everything they encounter. When a person eats, they always feel satiation: the desire to stretch out, take a deep breath or exhale, stroke their stomach, and say, “That’s enough! I’m full!” But the trouble is, there is still a lot of food on the plate, and people around you start grumbling, as if to say, “What’s this—are you going to throw it away?” With children, it’s simpler: we force-feed them what is already stuck in their throats. In some families, feeding a child becomes a whole ordeal. How much energy and ingenuity parents expend to get a child to eat just a few spoonfuls. It all begins with coaxing, promises, and usually ends with threats and forced feeding. All this can lead to persistent loss of appetite, known as neurogenic anorexia. Remember, the soul knows the measure, especially a child’s soul. Any spoonful or morsel eaten beyond the feeling of fullness becomes poison and venom, harmful to health.

All children’s eating habits can be divided into two main groups. Some, as a rule, refuse food. Others eat everything in sight. The first group includes children whose souls are initially pure and bright. We will discuss this in more detail in the next book. For now, let us note that these children are born in love; they are sensitive, joyful, and talented. They have an unbroken perception of the world from the start. It is precisely these children who refuse food and often survive on a piece of bread and water. This frustrates parents to the point of irritation and even rage. They do not understand—or rather, do not even realize—that a pure soul lives “by the Holy Spirit.” Hence, it contains love, joy, and an interest in life. The more we engage with a child, captivating them in a world of joy and love, the less they will eat, and the more acute and demanding their feelings toward food and its quality will become. And so I implore you: do not poison your children! Do not be inhuman to your child! Do not destroy the soul at its root!

It is perfectly normal for a child to eat little. This means you are giving them enough spiritual energy; they feel good and comfortable with you. After all, we ourselves notice that when we are absorbed in something, we forget about food and do not notice the passage of time. A child is constantly in this state. They joyfully and curiously explore the world for themselves. Karmic medicine asserts that neurogenic anorexia (loss of appetite) appears precisely in this group of children. It arises as a protest that the child cannot express in words but could say: “Parents! You do not understand me at all; you do not see or feel my inner world. You suppress and crush me with heavy, physical energies. This brings me suffering and illness and hinders my sensitive perception. Ultimately, I will not be able to realize myself as an individual. And I fall ill to evoke your sympathy, to ease or lighten your harsh pressure. Remember this, or the time will come when I will flee from you to be free and independent.”

It has been observed that when such a child returns from a walk, where they were actively resting, they will eat with pleasure—but again, selectively, not everything and not much. Much will depend on the spiritual quality of the food, but we will discuss this below.

Karmic medicine classifies the second group of children as those who eat everything in sight without discrimination or hesitation. “Everything that goes into the mouth is useful! Better in us than in the basin!”—this is the motto of their lives. I speak of a child, but I also mean adults. Such eating habits reveal a person with a heavy soul, born without love, on heavy physical energies. I always feel sorry for parents who are touched that their child “eats very well,” when they are full but their eyes are hungry. A child who eats a lot does not seek to understand the world; their thoughts, actions, and feelings are primitive. In school, they are average students, studying without interest or love. They go to school as if it were a punishment to serve. Yet it is school that should captivate them with a new world of knowledge. If this happens, the child’s eating habits will change. As long as they are burning with interest in anything or anyone, they will “lose their appetite,” which will show us their qualitative spiritual rebirth. Once you notice this, help them, and it will bring you blessings in return.

Conversely, I have known many enthusiastic children who, as they grow up, turn into “herd animals,” into “the dead,” for whom nothing in life is needed except food, drink, and other physical pleasures. “Do you not see,” said Jesus Christ, “that corpses walk beside you?”

Raising and educating such children requires great patience and ingenuity from adults, for they are not inspired by any endeavor unless they see benefit in it. Selflessness is the hallmark of a pure and good soul. One cannot help but recall the fairy tale of Cinderella. Two daughters live in abundance, doing nothing, while the third works hard and eats little. This is why happiness smiled upon her. Happiness for a refined soul turns into heartfelt satisfaction, while for a coarse soul, it is physical joy.

Between these two groups, there exists an intermediate state that can influence a fundamental shift in eating habits in one direction or another, as well as in health. A study was conducted at the Ryazan Medical Institute. Researchers collected health data on 760 preschoolers from polyclinics and studied their main illnesses, then “went door-to-door” to ask mothers to fill out a special questionnaire. Though doctors could not answer many questions, they found that: “A child does not eat something for no reason; they love some foods and dislike others. Food preferences are determined by their state of health, though it is not yet clear how. Generally, healthy children tend to prefer sweets and one other thing: dairy or vegetables. Sick children, however, love only meat, or only fish, or only eggs, sometimes combined with something else. A direct link to specific illnesses has not yet been established. It is normal for there to be dishes they cannot stand the smell of. Moreover, their absence indicates an unfavorable state of health.”

Now let us examine this statement by doctors from the perspective of karmic medicine. A child’s painful state consists of spiritual dissatisfaction or emotional weakness in the first group of children and a desire for material gain in the second group. In other words, it stems from the predominance of light or heavy spiritual energies. Children in the first group react intensely and painfully to the psychological and spiritual climate in the family or school, while children in the second group use this state for their own selfish purposes.

The first group suffers from cardiovascular diseases, frequent high temperatures, and respiratory ailments. The second group experiences health issues in the lower part of the body—gastrointestinal disorders. In adults, the same applies, but adults create even greater difficulties and problems for themselves, so their illnesses are more extensive. If a child’s spiritual state remains in any kind of tense energy for too long—whether in the first or second group—their illnesses can become chronic.

A detailed discussion of all childhood illnesses from the perspective of karma, their types, forms, and causes, will be covered in the next book. For now, we need to address some specific features of children’s nutrition.

It is known that all children have a passion for sweets. However, it has been observed that this manifests pathologically where a child does not receive parental warmth, love, and affection. There is no sweetness for the soul in the refined souls of children, and conversely, the desire for a sweet life arises from spiritual indifference and the coarseness of physical souls. The same applies to adults: kind and sensitive but vulnerable people love to indulge in sweets. The root cause of “sugar sickness” lies here and affects the physical body.It has also been observed that where a child’s culinary preferences expand and sharpen with spices, the spirit grows heavier. The child becomes indifferent and merciless. It is precisely these children, as medical research has shown, who have an unfavorable state of health. That is why they warn parents, doctors, and educators to be wary of a child’s gluttony—could they be ill?

Thus, a child’s health is determined not by food passions but by spiritual needs and desires. Food, with its quality and quantity, reflects spiritual life, from which health is formed. Some live to eat, others eat to live. That is why nutritional needs vary so greatly.

A harmful factor for children of delicate nature is boiled cold water. The Teaching of the “Living Ethics” by E.I. Reikh discusses the harmfulness of such water. The reason is that when water boils, all good and bad substances are destroyed. Drinking hot or warm water is acceptable, but as it cools, the pure magnetic space of water attracts, first and foremost, heavy and impure energies present in our homes. Thus, this water becomes harmful to health and can cause various ailments.

I remember when I managed a children’s theater, a nine-year-old boy, Misha, constantly complained of headaches. During our conversation, it turned out he drank only boiled cold water, which his mother prepared daily in a carafe. I explained to him that such water should not be consumed: “Drink only from the tap, but let it settle for a while—and don’t drink to the bottom. And to keep your mother from noticing, pour the same amount down the sink.” The next day, Misha’s headaches stopped. Soon after, his mother noticed he no longer complained of pain or demanded pills. That was when he revealed our little secret to her. After that, she began filling the carafe with cold water so it could settle.

If boiled cold water has a negative effect on sensitive children, for the second group, such water is “pure,” “sterile” filth. This can be remedied. And precisely these children should not drink tap water.

Finally, I would like to say: watch your child’s food passions, and you will understand much.

SHOULD BREAKFAST BE EATEN ALONE?

This is the second book in which I attempt to categorize people by the qualities of their souls. What terms I have not used, yet a bitter residue lingers in my soul as I divide people into spiritually pure and impure. Where and how can I find gentler words to avoid offending those with difficult characters who love themselves and their flesh? After all, even Scripture calls them the dead, tax collectors, field beasts. That an unclean spirit governs their thoughts, actions, and desires. That Satan dwells within them, ruled by the Devil, that they wallow in a sea of madness while their feelings seethe until all outlets are sealed. There are no words gentle enough to soften such harshness.

Though I believe I have found one. In my first book, I used the term “biopathogenic people,” referring to those who live solely by bodily sensations, which oppress them, causing pain and suffering, and thus must constantly be shed. In other words, biopathogenic people emit destructive energies, making it very difficult to be around them. Yet they remain unaware of what they create; their souls languish within the physical body. Perhaps, after reading these books, they will realize they must change something in their lives—first and foremost, in their thoughts and feelings. For now, I will keep the term “biopathogenic” for them, as doctors say, it sounds softer and more humane.

As we have learned, nutrition requires a heavy spirit. That is why, every morning, it must be fed abundantly. This is when we realize who invented the saying: “Eat breakfast alone, share lunch with a friend, and give dinner to your enemy.” Or: “Breakfast like a king, dine like a prince, and sup like a beggar.” Karma medicine asserts that it should be the opposite.

Waking in the morning and rejoicing in a new day, new encounters, cares, and discoveries, a person already charges themselves with powerful energy. In the morning, a single glass of hot tea is enough for them, and by lunchtime, they remember it would be nice to have another sip of tea. By evening, when they return home, they already crave food and more frequent meals.

Of course, this is somewhat exaggerated. Those engaged in physical labor cannot survive on tea alone. Every person needs food—there is no bird that sings without eating. Yet the soul must feel and know measure in food: “The heart is a seer, and the soul is the measure.” Karma medicine emphasizes that a person with pure spiritual energies always eats at night, as does the entire animal kingdom: eat and sleep. Meanwhile, biopathogenic people suffer because they eat before bed. Hence, heavy dreams, snoring, and illness arise.

When food cult dominates a person—of course, a full man does not understand hunger—

A friend, an artist, once told me this story. He always comes home late. He loves his work, forgetting himself in images, feelings, and thoughts. All day at work, he survives on tea, and upon arriving home, of course, he wants to eat. He would take a spoonful of soup, push the plate away, and ask his wife to pour him tea. At first, his wife grew irritated; then she began suspecting he was being fed elsewhere. One time, when he pushed the plate away again without even tasting it, she finally asked, “Who’s been feeding you today?”

“I was indignant,” he says, “and I hate making excuses, but those words cut me to the soul. I don’t know how, but I blurted out that no one was feeding me, but she should cook with her soul! God, what a thing to say to a wife!” She threw her hands up and rushed off…

As I listened to my friend’s story, a flood of thoughts surged through me, explaining much of our everyday life. In reality, every woman knows that if she prepares food with pleasure, with her soul, all the household will thank her and ask:

“Who cooked this so deliciously today?”
“It was me, dear!”
“Well done! Always cook like this!”

And it’s a completely different matter when constant cooking becomes a chore, when one feels duty rather than joy. Food prepared with a bad mood is always tasteless, spoils quickly, and, of course, causes illness.

It should be noted here that a biopathogenic person does not notice or feel the quality of food. “They have a mouth like a scraper: they’ll pick up everything” or “Our daughter-in-law devours everything…”

I have always loved cooking, though I didn’t know why. Then it struck me like a revelation: of course, not everyone cooks daily. Tasting something at home is always a lengthy preparation, a festive mood. It is on these good energies that the dough is kneaded. That is why home cooking is always delicious. Whenever guests are invited, they are greeted by a festively set table, bringing joy and satisfaction. But when we sit at this table, we suddenly perceive the energy of the food especially keenly. Then all forks and spoons gravitate toward the most positively charged dishes, while the rest remain untouched. The hostess then rushes around the table, pleading for people to eat, but no one touches a thing, finding various excuses. So remember: guests arrive in good spirits and will unerringly send to the trash whatever was prepared without soul. Only Winnie the Pooh could eat everything—and even then, only in the morning.

ANIMAL OR PLANT?

We often speak of the harmfulness of animal food, that it carries negative energies formed when an animal is killed. Thus, in meat, in every cell, are present the energies of fear and anger, sorrow and hatred, the suffering of the slaughtered animal. Thermal processing on a stove does not remove these heavy energies, and they begin to weigh upon a person. Those engaged in heavy physical labor burn and transform this energy into something useful. Yet it still affects the human body, and in terms of disease, it creates chronic forms.

It is precisely animal food, which the body does not fully assimilate, that leads to an overabundance of heavy energies, and from this, in many illnesses, comes a refusal to eat. Here is the carmic signal of improper nutrition and inability to use spiritual reagents. Biochemical processes malfunction because we are unaware of the alchemy of nutrition. This is what is written in the Teaching of Living Ethics:

“Corpses are not eaten, but killed animals are accepted as food. What is the difference? Is not a killed animal a corpse? We advise not to consume meat out of simple expediency. Everyone should understand that consuming decaying cells is harmful. But when does decay begin? At the moment the body ceases to function, it loses its protective radiation, and decay begins immediately. Thus, the life wisdom that corpses are not eaten is hypocritical. We recommend dairy, flour, and plant-based foods, where decay is less pronounced. Decay in plants begins much later. It is better to eat fresh plants or those dried at high temperatures. Bread is better eaten unleavened, without fats. There is enough fat in cow’s and plant oils. Let us not forget the usefulness of resin in all its forms. Eating twice a day is sufficient. Do not linger long at the table.

The Teaching indicates that only smoked or dried meat may be permitted, but it is better to abstain from it as well, since it is relatively less harmful. Karmic medicine speaks of the alchemical processes involved in meat preparation, which give it a new quality, making it useful and edible. This happens when meat is ground through a meat grinder, kneaded, cooked, and necessarily handled by hand. Then each cutlet, dumpling, pie, or meatball is processed not only with the energy of the soul and charged with the warmth of your hands but also with a joyful mood during preparation. This method breaks down and discharges heavy energies, removes the stench of decay—i.e., the alchemy of the product occurs, and meat becomes tasty and nutritious.

Someday physicists will discover and describe these energies, but for now, nothing prevents us from using this method, just as we use electricity without knowing its laws.

Many women have told me that their husbands do not eat meat but always ask for cutlets and eat them with great pleasure. Here is a sign of the soul: what comes from it returns to it.

Let me remind you once more that children are the best indicator of spiritual reagents absorbed from food. And when mass poisonings occur in children’s institutions, we must also examine whether the issue lies in the products themselves. What was on the cook’s mind? What did she charge the food with? What was the spiritual atmosphere in the kitchen? Then it becomes clear why public catering more often leads to health disorders than home cooking.

I would also like to draw attention to food prepared not by human hands but by machines. After all, neither human hands nor heart participate in the process, so the food lacks the reagents capable of triggering alchemical reactions in the body. That is why such food is heavily spiced—to at least evoke some taste. Sausages and pasta products rank first among these foods.

When I was ten, I suddenly stopped eating pasta, without knowing why. It was the only food I hated. I have not eaten pasta to this day, and I regard anyone for whom pasta is a favorite food with caution. It seems to me that something is missing in their soul.

And how do you like this? Newspapers reported that after visiting a café at the British Parliament, Gorbachev left a noticeable mark: British parliamentarians are now offered a new signature dish—”Gorbachev-style pasta with caviar.”

Food for developing intuition should be light. After all, you cannot cultivate a refined sense while consuming coarse animal matter. Where plant-based food is eaten, “hungry spirits”—inhabitants of the parallel world—do not dwell, for this food is poison to them. Much has been said and written about plant-based nutrition, and I fully support this direction in eating.

When something goes wrong in a person’s soul, they most often try to correct the situation through various food techniques and methods: diets and restrictions. Let us examine some of them. In this regard, separate nutrition is indicative.

When people assure us that this is the best way to rid ourselves of various ailments, they are close to the truth. But again, this is only on the material level. The karmic cause lies in the fact that a person does not know how to separate their feelings. Their spiritual world is cluttered with coarse energies, suppressed by emotions. Their soul experiences a jumble of feelings and perceptions of the surrounding world. And it is precisely these spiritual qualities that the person tries to harmonize through separate nutrition. But if they do not understand that the chaos of their feelings and lack of control in life disrupts their health, then the practice of separate nutrition will continue for many years. Causes and effects, like a vicious circle, will keep them constantly focused on their health.

RAW FOOD DIET is linked to the pathology of our feelings. Karmic medicine explains this by saying that a person must learn to perceive the world, people, and things as they truly are. A mother is a child, a husband is a wife, a boss is a subordinate, work is a salary, laws are politics, and so much more. It is precisely in these categories that we most often fail to understand and grasp the elementary essence of things. That is why people turn to raw food diets to learn to understand and call things by their true names.

“Find the beginning of everything,” said Kozma Prutkov, “and you will understand much.”

You will understand that a carrot is red and sweet, that no other plant has this taste. That a child is small and weak and does not yet understand many things. That each person has their own character and destiny. That this is raw material from which to mold a beautiful spiritual whole. But you must start from what they already have, not impose what suits you better. Only when you grasp this will you understand that you can cook something from a carrot.

Biopathogenic people are always visible by their food. Not only do they eat a lot, but they also heavily season their meals with various spices. Their feelings demand sharp, burning, sour, and other condiments that the body and soul crave. And then, without a doubt, expect from them a cutting word, a burning glance, or a sour residue in the soul. This does not apply to pregnant women, as this is a karmic tie for the future child—we will discuss this separately.

But it is not only lustful people who are visible through their food. The more balanced, calm, and spiritually pure a person is, with good intentions, the fewer spices they use. And if they dislike spices altogether, you can imagine in what kind of spiritual energies they live, and intuition reigns supreme in their soul!

It is known that each nation has its favorite dishes, spices, and seasonings. By them, one can judge the sensual and spiritual development of a people. Some love sharp and burning dishes and condiments, and their nation stands out with a particular temperament. Others use mild-tasting seasonings, and the life of this people is more balanced and calm. Nations where spicy food predominates will long remain in search of spiritual peace. The intensity and tension of feelings demand realization. And the best expression of this will be creative fulfillment, which, once again, must find spiritual satisfaction and peace.

Where tense energies remain unrealized, there will be cataclysms—family, national, and social, religious and political. There will be earthquakes and tsunamis, floods and fires, crop failures and wars. And as long as a people does not change spiritually, its cuisine will remain unchanged.

Russia has always salted and pickled, drank mead and kvass, and abundantly preserved jams. Russia lived by salt and the bounty of the earth. Everyone knows about fine Czech beer, French wines, and the spicy Korean cuisine. What particularly impresses me are the preserved vegetables of Bulgaria and Romania. For many years, these countries fed us with them. The taste is neutral, difficult to describe in words. This taste appealed to our people, and now few salt vegetables for winter—we marinate them, even garlic. That is why the years of “perestroika” passed so smoothly in these nations, while in others they were fiery and bloody.

Here, a fitting question arises: “What are we preserving and marinating ourselves for? What quality does the ‘Soul of the People’ acquire?”

When we preserve food, we are, as it were, freezing our feelings, which is tantamount to calmness, but in this calmness there is a vividly expressed elemental indifference. Our people remain indifferent until the thunder claps. I have already said that when a person conceals their feelings, preserves relationships with the surrounding world, then diagnosing their illnesses becomes more complicated. But the most important thing is that the body’s internal protective mechanisms weaken, specifically at the level of immunity. Like attracts like. And therefore the nation becomes weaker and more defenseless against epidemics. Meanwhile, in the West, they no longer boil or cook food. They heat up already prepared and preserved food, dilute it with the same spices, and it’s ready! And the popularity of sandwiches is staggering. You slice a bun made by a machine, stuff it with a sausage also made automatically, and douse it with spices. It is precisely the spices, with their sharp, bitter, sweet, sour, or salty taste, that trigger a chemical reaction in the body, while the rest of the food settles in our stomachs and intestines like dead weight. No alchemical reaction occurs, and therefore other reactions begin: rejection, slagging, or food refusal.

In Russia, they have not yet forgotten how to boil and cook food. That is why rulers and politicians, figures of various religious movements, fashion trends, music, and art find fertile ground to “cook up” whatever they please from the Russian people. In the process, many only skim off the cream, the “brew,” while the rest is discarded, trampled upon, and forgotten. I believe the time will come when we learn to understand who is trying to “cook up” what “porridge” from the feelings of our souls. But we will arrive at this no sooner than CONSCIOUSNESS DETERMINES OUR BEING, and not the other way around. A detailed study of this direction could be beneficial for politicians and sociologists, doctors and psychologists. It should be explored at the level of the World Government to uncover the hidden mechanisms of vices that lead to global cataclysms. I will return to this topic later, but for now I would like to speak of another matter.

A person who lives in sensual lusts cannot bring harmony and justice, love and joy into the world. These qualities will always be replaced by physical pleasures for personal gratification. There are interest clubs, and there are clubs of lust. In our Russia, they have formed a “Beer Lovers’ Club.” And that’s fine, let them amuse themselves with beer, indulging their bellies. The trouble lies elsewhere: now they have organized a party and intend to run for the highest authorities. For a can or a bottle of beer, they buy members for themselves, and they already do. Just think for yourselves, with a sick and sensual tele-uterine body, what kind of politician-glutton can this be?! Why would they subordinate domestic and foreign policy? The press has already reported that the Beer Lovers’ Party, based on the results of a telephone survey of Muscovites, recognized Mikhail Poltoranin as the “main scandalmonger of January ’94.” The winner receives a prize—a five-liter barrel of beer. Here you have “cosmic signs” that mark everyone in their essence.

If we continue to slide down the stairs of such senility, we will once again be beaten, mocked, and humiliated. And what if sexual minorities also start running for parliament?! They say it is true that passion rules the world. If we do not pay attention to such things, we will never understand where the root of evil lies, how the karma of a nation or an individual is formed. It is too early to put a period to this conversation, for this is only the beginning of a great dialogue. And many professionals will have their say here. Let chemists derive the formulas of “spiritual reagents,” and for this they need physicists to jointly unravel the alchemy of nutrition. As the Moscow doctor, Candidate of Medical Sciences Sergei Anatolyevich Yakovlev, managed to do with energy vampires. His blood studies confirmed the existence of energy vampirism, which I wrote about in my first book. Energy vampirism can now be tested, and through this, the karmic cause of the disease can be identified. This is described in detail in the second edition of the first book. So it is with nutrition: seek—and you will find, knock—and it will be opened to you, ask—and it will be given to you. And for now, let us remember what has been said so that not only a beautifully set table enters food culture, but also the quality of the spiritual reagents of food, so that the alchemy of nutrition may begin to work.

WHERE DOES EXCESS WEIGHT COME FROM?

There is still no answer to this question, which has become rhetorical. What does karmic medicine say about this? Let’s start with what is known. There are three forms of excess weight: alimentary, endocrine, and cerebral. French researchers half-jokingly call them this: the first – when others are envious, the second – when they laugh, and the third – when they sympathize with the patient. According to I.P. Pavlov’s

When food becomes the sole joy in a person’s life, the controlling satiety gene becomes unnecessary, it weakens, “disappears,” and as a result, gluttony emerges. After death, such a person becomes a “hungry spirit.” This is where the programmed obesity in the next incarnation lies. Scientists have discovered a special gene responsible for satiety signals. In obese people, this gene “works inaccurately,” as if its “brakes are cut,” and from this, control over eating and emotions is lost. Thus, obesity is not the cunning of genes but the weakness of the soul and the indulgence of feelings that have affected the genetic code. Hence, excess weight is a metabolic disorder on the biological level, and on the spiritual level, it is “cut brakes.” This alimentary form of disease is reversible, and with a karmic understanding of its origin, as well as causal treatment, it can completely disappear. Therefore, I dare assure you that not everything is lost. At that, approach this problem with a smile, with humor, both toward yourself and others. It is known that all obese actors excel in comedic roles. On the other hand, obesity somehow forces a person to stay out of the spotlight, to be more modest, to avoid ridicule and discontent from others. One way or another, excess weight presents a person with the task of solving moral dilemmas of existence and strengthening their inner sensual world.

Now let us look at another form of excess weight and obesity, which doctors call endocrine. It does not affect the entire body but localizes around any organ. Here it should be noted that if a person complexes about their appearance, fat deposits appear, and obesity occurs, which acts as a defense against the rough pressure from others. Obesity of internal organs shows us a spiritually weak, unprotected, and vulnerable person. Perhaps that is why full people try and are known for being kind, sensitive, soft, and compliant in character. They themselves have coined the saying, “A good person should be plump.” It is known that “water is carried to the good,” and so it settles in all the cells of the body. They do not understand that one cannot be kind to everyone, that they are simply used for selfish purposes, and from this, their disease takes the form of endocrine obesity. On the one hand, obesity protects the problematic area, the organ, and on the other, it “suffocates” it. A person seems to choke from helplessness to resist something. Their soul suffers and cannot say to itself: “Enough, I can no longer tolerate this!” And if they overcome themselves, they can remove, push away the eternal problem of torment and suffering. Thus, they strengthen themselves, and the disease passes by itself. It is no coincidence that with endocrine obesity (diseases of the endocrine glands), no gymnastics or diet can help. For the weak protective mental functions of the body, the weak understanding of events and situations that occur in life. One can say that these people live under the oppression and terror of a close person, relatives.

In the names of some endocrine diseases, there is the prefix HYPO (hypophyseal, hypothyroid, hypoovarian), which indicates the increased internal sensitivity and defenselessness of this person, as well as the inability to control their feelings.

In folk medicine, bitter juice or infusion of bitter herbs is used to treat this disease: wormwood, white cabbage, knotweed, peppermint, etc. Bitter herb for a bitter life. Like cures like. If defenselessness and spiritual weakness cause endocrine obesity, then, conversely, CEREBRAL obesity itself is the product of rudeness and pressure of this person toward others. No wonder this form is called “whimsical.” What extremes these people go to, subjugating others to themselves. Cerebral obesity is associated with the central nervous system; it is practically impossible to get rid of it until a person begins to “break” themselves. Cerebral obesity progresses in the lower part of the body and limbs, which, according to the teachings of karmic medicine, indicates material fixation. Some limbs constantly want to rake, grab, and hoard, while others carry us somewhere for some purpose and acquire the shape of “riding breeches.” This speaks of the “boss,” the “commander” who arranges events and people for their own benefit. We say of such people, “Everyone walks around here, commands, and bursts with fat.” And the more secret this bursting is, the more progressive the disease will be. Here you have the karmic cause, eliminating which one can get rid of excess weight and obesity.

Thus, fighting excess weight is a struggle with one’s own feelings. To restrain oneself has always been and will be a great problem for people. If we begin to restrain ourselves in one thing, we inevitably give ourselves indulgence in something else. Religions call us to asceticism, while scientific and technological progress offers relaxation, not to strain. Moral and ethical laws and norms are forgotten because they forbid a person to relax, both in thoughts and feelings, and in the body. Therefore, humanity will have to fight the excess weight of their body for a long time, and the hormones created will give rise to new health problems.

Chapter III. IMMUNITY

INTUITION AND IMMUNITY

Intuition is studied by esoteric and occult teachings, the synthesis of which is presented in karmic medicine, while immunology is a medico-biological science of modern medicine. The time has come to unite these teachings, just as any scientific research is now unthinkable without merging with other sciences. For a long time, we have thought differently, and this was not by chance—it was necessary for the evolutionary development of humanity. “For there must also be factions among you, so that those who are approved may be recognized among you,” it is said in the Holy Scripture. The time has come for humanity to emerge from reflection with dignity.

Karmic medicine is one of the paths and methods to unite the ununited, to penetrate the unknown, to expand consciousness, and to understand the present in a new way.

Intuition develops on the spiritual plane, while immunity develops on the physical plane. Both immunity and intuition encompass a set of protective reactions aimed at maintaining stability—from the spiritual to the physical, from a healthy spirit to a healthy body, but not the other way around. There is much evidence of this. All methods and systems of treatment begin with the physical body and only minimally address the spiritual plane, which is why diseases are only partially alleviated but not fully cured.

Karmic medicine asserts that intuition is a combination of sensory perception and control; it is a protective reaction against the penetration of foreign forces that weaken the immune defense. Thus, in its highest purpose, intuition organizes the internal work of organs, systems, and functions to resist disease. This is why I have devoted so much discussion to intuition.

Only by examining the interdependence of intuition and immunity can we answer many mysteries of the origins of disease, uncover hidden mechanisms, and identify the root causes. Why is the immune defense not always successful? Why does the defense itself weaken? How do age, heredity, and the intensity of disease progression affect it? Why does temperature rise, and much more?

Scientists have established that immunity is a fundamental principle of nature, a guardian of the unique genetic composition of each individual. It rejects not only diseases but also transplanted organs. They have also found that the body’s ability to mount a strong or weak immune response is hereditary.

This is also reflected in the teachings on intuition. Moreover, intuition is based on the karmic law of reincarnation—the rebirth of the soul. By gathering fragments of experience and transferring them from one life to another, strengthening the spirit—which is eternal and unchanging—the human body acquires a stable immune system nurtured by intuition.

Immune strength is the legacy of spiritual experience for the future body within the framework of a specific program. Biological correction of this program, such as replacing a diseased organ with a healthy one, is unacceptable. This is why rejection and non-acceptance of foreign organs occur until the “spiritual reagent”—the understanding of oneself, one’s place in life, and the urgent need to be useful to others—is found and developed. Spiritual reagents are feelings that bring soulful satisfaction and fill the body with new psychic energies.

We have already discussed that both good and bad people experience spiritual satisfaction equally, but the quality of the energies they receive differs. In this regard, modern medicine will reach the pinnacle of its scientific success when it learns to measure the qualities of the spiritual energies that sustain each person, when it understands the Law of Karma—that everything returns in cycles, from past lives to spoken words, felt emotions, and sown thoughts.

Thus, hereditary weakness of the immune defense is linked to spiritual weakness from past lives.

ON VACCINATIONS AND VACCINES

To strengthen immunity, a person must work spiritually. But here’s the catch: among doctors, there is a method of blocking diseases called “vaccination.” They authoritatively declare its benefits and necessity at all levels. Yes, there was a time—quite a long one in human history—when this method justified itself. However, the ability to see the problem more broadly and deeply—at the level of the soul and spirit—proved to be a tough nut for doctors to crack. Thus, they never understood that vaccinations block diseases that indicate the program and path of a person’s spiritual development. For through illness, karmic medicine assesses precisely the cause: in what ways the person is flawed, in what thoughts, actions, or feelings they destroy their own protection. Vaccinations, meanwhile, are preservatives. Break the laws of Being, do, speak, create whatever you wish, indulge in the pleasures of carnal insatiability—everything will slip by unpunished. And yet, on behalf of those who lived in those times (though they still exist today), who fell ill and suffered, one wants to express gratitude to doctors for pulling people out of crises and preventing the spread of plagues and epidemics through this simple and accessible method of vaccination. But the time has come to look at this biotechnical method of treating diseases anew and to view it from the perspective of karmic medicine. Karmic medicine raises the question of the expediency of vaccination. Under the schedule of planned vaccination, every person in our country must receive no fewer than 25 vaccinations of various types. As far back as the late 18th century, when rural physician Edward Jenner proposed a relatively safe method of preventing smallpox, Pope Leo XVI issued a special appeal stating: “Smallpox is God’s judgment upon the sins of people. Anyone who undergoes this vaccination is no longer a servant of God, but a revolutionary. Vaccination is a challenge to Heaven and divine will.” The wisdom of this statement is confirmed by karmic medicine, yet at the time it was forgotten, for a vaccine was found to save the body, while no thought remained for the salvation of the soul. Thus, scholars sought to block us, to preserve us in spiritual stagnation, and grant us freedom for every kind of debauchery. The individuality of each person, their nature, is tested by God through illness, while immunologists set themselves the task of overcoming the barrier of individuality and altering the fundamental principle of nature—the inviolability of the individual. Every person is unique in their feelings, thoughts, desires, and actions, yet somehow one and the same pill is supposed to “work” for everyone—this simply does not add up. Everyone is to be protected from some disease by vaccination. Again, it does not add up. It is precisely for this reason that in descriptions of various diseases, doctors write that their causes remain unclear. Thus, the time has come to turn to the spiritual world of the person, and then the karmic cause of the disease will become apparent. Further development of immunology should proceed not from mass vaccination from the day of a person’s birth, but from early detection of disease and its suppression during the incubation period. In other words, the disease must flare up to signal precisely where the person has become entangled in life or what karmic program they brought with them from a past life, and only then should the disease be “suppressed” with a vaccine. But this is precisely what modern medicine struggles with, and diagnostics leave much to be desired. That is why it is easier to prevent disease through vaccination than to engage with a soul that cannot be touched, weighed, or measured. Modern medicine will long defend this method until it arrives at a new understanding of the spiritual purpose of humanity on Earth. It must be understood that disease prevention should be pursued first and foremost on a spiritual level, and only then through bodily purity and physical perfection. When doctors vaccinate children, they say they cannot allow a child to fall ill. Correct! But in doing so, they admit their own inability to suppress disease at its early stage of onset. This is precisely what all scientific and medical thought should be directed toward today. The very word “vaccine” means “cow.” In Eastern astrology, this is the zodiac sign “Cow,” while in Western astrology it is called Taurus, which in itself does not change the meaning. For it equally symbolizes the vital force, the energy capacity of the organism. What forces and energies do we draw upon for life? How is this force formed? Breath and nourishment come first. And material and financial circumstances shake or suffocate our strength through their excess or lack. Karmic medicine draws attention to the fact that the more intense a person’s life becomes—including all forms, methods, and techniques of irritation that engage all the organs of perception—the more frequently the person falls ill. The immune system cannot keep up with our vanity and lack of spirituality, and in this emptiness, viruses find fertile ground for their proliferation. During the years of “perestroika,” when everyone was shaken in the transitional period from communism to capitalism, no end of epidemics befell us. Doctors complain about food and ecology, and they are right, but these are merely mechanisms; the causes always arise on the spiritual level. We no longer hear ourselves; our nerves hum like strings. Political intrigues, material and financial chaos, rock-pop music, advertising—everything flickers, trembles, and screeches. Doctors demand mass vaccination of the population—is it truly necessary? Perhaps it is worth examining the spiritual and moral judgments behind diseases such as diphtheria? And then every patient would know the program of their spiritual renewal. In the human body, Taurus governs the throat, esophagus, and oropharynx. These are the entry gates of nourishment and breath for acquiring and restoring strength. One form of disease that arises here is laryngeal diphtheria, accounting for 85–95% of cases. How morally sound are our actions in procuring food? karmic medicine asks the patient suffering from this disease. Greed, deception, violence, baseness, extortion, and similar vices act as a brake on the saturation of the flesh through immoral methods and techniques. We grumble that the Moscow police are what they are, but meanwhile, they were the first to order mandatory diphtheria vaccinations for all their employees, as mass illnesses had begun among the staff. One might say this is care for physical health. But what of spiritual health? It cannot be built on political briefings and reprimands. And then God helps, including through our illnesses. Let us not forget that everything preserved will inevitably spoil sooner or later. Vaccines are not equally effective: some fully protect against disease, others partially; some create long-term immunity, others short-term. From the standpoint of karmic medicine, vaccinations grant unjustified survival, so spiritual cleansing occurs through mass cataclysms, natural disasters, wars, and epidemics. And what of the “accidents” on the roads, which now claim more lives than diseases? Or the catastrophes of airplanes, trains, and ships, industrial accidents, and so on? Nothing is accidental, as all esoteric teachings attest. Vaccinations block our sense of danger. And the only way to halt this onslaught of misfortune is to change our perception of life. Then vaccinations will no longer be so dangerous, for there will be movement of the soul toward the spiritual. Vaccinations also block the unique abilities of a person to clairvoyance, clairaudience, telepathy, and many other gifts. And then it becomes clear why these abilities appear in people after clinical death on the operating table or after any accident, catastrophe, or emotional trauma, such as the loss of a loved one. Vaccinations and vaccines have broken the barrier of individuality, yet a small breach remains, which doctors attempt to fill with their research: how to achieve the acceptance of transplanted organs or tissues. If a person’s heart is torn apart by egoism and self-love, it loves no one, and thus becomes riddled with flaws. It is torn apart by desires and cravings, overflows with bloodlust, and is replaced with a new one.

Nature is wisely designed, and its Creator, God, has implanted such immune traps within us that scientists still scratch their heads in bewilderment. A new heart does not take root on its own; it can only be sustained through powerful doping to maintain its vitality. The same holds true for other organs. This rejection response remains incomprehensible to this day.

Speaking of biopathogenic individuals, it is worth mentioning good people who also require replacement of one organ or another. Their organs wear out from constant worries and suffering, from the pressure of rudeness in which they are forced to live. Yet even replacing a sick organ with a healthy one will not help. There is no understanding or harmony within that organism, no spiritual strength capable of calming and soothing one’s feelings, no inner peace or joy in the heart. Consequently, the immune system weakens, and the body rejects the new organ.

Thus, the conclusion naturally follows: any transplanted organ can take root in a new body if the person alters the energetic purity of their feelings and thoughts. Only then will antibodies be able to interact with antigens and neutralize them. Energetic purity changes when intuition guides our feelings, when spiritual reactions of the emotions initiate alchemical processes within the body. This is when natural formation of sufficient antibodies occurs.

Antigens are foreign chemical agents to the body: bacteria, viruses, toxins, fungi, transplanted organs, or tissues. There are five classes of antibodies, known as immunoglobulins: M, G, A, E, and D. Karmic medicine states that they correspond to the five organs of perception. The task of the researcher is to determine the affiliation of each immunoglobulin with a specific sensory organ. It is known that immunoglobulin M, the largest in molecular weight, is the first to form in response to an antigen. Thus, immunoglobulin M represents the immediate human reaction to events in life. It is swift, so immunoglobulin M operates on elementary feelings.

Later, its synthesis is replaced by the formation of immunoglobulin G, which more effectively neutralizes bacteria and their toxins. Immunoglobulin A accumulates in large quantities in the secretions of the intestinal mucosa, saliva, and other bodily fluids. This immunoglobulin serves as the first barrier against the penetration of microorganisms from the environment.

The mechanisms and causes behind the cell’s switch from synthesizing one class of immunoglobulin to another remain unclear to physicians. Nonetheless, they suggest that this phenomenon reflects the general law of phylogenetic repetition in ontogenesis. Many phenomena can be attributed to this, yet the underlying causes remain hypothetical, and diseases remain incurable.

Karmic medicine asserts that metaphysics—the transition of matter from one state to another—within our body is achieved through alchemy, the work of the sensory organs. The finer the feelings related to human relationships, the more vulnerable the immunoglobulins become, especially those with lower molecular weight than the previous ones. A person’s inability to recognize and comprehend what occurs on the sensory level prevents antibodies from organizing a protective attack at the level of the finest molecules. This allows antigens to carry out their destructive work unhindered.

Thus, IMMUNOGLOBULINS ARE THE MOLECULAR STRANDS OF OUR FEELINGS. They act protectively when one learns to manage their feelings; conversely, they become vulnerable and defenseless when this skill is lacking.

Everything we do in life is driven by positive or negative emotions and feelings. Each feeling has its own polarities (valences), which determine the physicochemical characteristics of the interaction between antibodies and antigens. Illness arises when the soul is restless, when unruly feelings and uncontrolled emotions govern our state. These can only be managed through a calm mind, knowledge, and wisdom. These qualities neutralize both tense positive and negative energies, creating an electrolyte environment close to neutral. It is in this neutral electrolyte environment that harmonious interaction between antibodies and antigens occurs, allowing the immune system to function smoothly and effectively.

This is why it becomes clear why the optimal concentration of electrolytes with a neutral value in the human body should correspond to a 0.85% solution of sodium chloride (pH). An alkaline environment is required. This is why the Teaching of Living Ethics places special emphasis on soda as a means of boosting immunity.

“It is right that you do not forget the significance of soda. Not without reason was it called the ash of divine Fire… Remember soda not only in times of illness but also in times of well-being… It is a shield against the darkness of destruction. Yet you must accustom the body to it gradually. It should be taken daily with water or milk. While taking it, you should direct it, as it were, toward the nerve centers. In this way, immunity can be gradually strengthened.”

From the perspective of karmic medicine, the use of soda may amount to purely biological correction. But what if the person remains spiritually weak? If they do not change their way of thinking, feelings, and actions, it is unclear where and how the mechanism of rejection of even the best intentions will manifest.

Karmic medicine translates the work of internal organs, systems, and functions from the scientific, occult, and metaphysical language into the spiritual one. Existence, in all its diversity and complexity, constitutes the macrocosm or macrocosm of man, which is reflected in the microcosm of our body. Any movement or change in the macrocosm is immediately mirrored in the microcosm. Such is the unbreakable law of Analogy.

A person sees or hears something, rejoices or becomes agitated—all of this resonates through the body like a clear or muffled echo, altering its physicochemical state and creating either an acidic or alkaline environment within. Thus, the factors of calmness, benevolence, and forgiveness play an enormous role in our lives and health. It is upon these moral laws of Existence that all ethical principles are built. It then becomes clear that adherence to these laws leads to the formation of either an alkaline or acidic environment in the body. For an alkaline environment, the need for vaccinations disappears, whereas for an acidic one, it becomes obligatory.

The only remaining question is how to conduct an express analysis of this environment. This is what the St. Petersburg chemist A.A. Razin discovered. He conducted experiments with water charged by psychics, which showed a high level of energetic potential in the water. “If, after a session, the alkalinity of the water increases, then the psychic possesses positive qualities suitable for healing people. If, however, the acidity increases, then such a psychic should not work with people—they are a ‘black magician.’”

Karmic medicine considers all of this relative. Not all people are pure and light in soul (alkaline). There are also those who are petty, envious, and filled with spiritual stench (acidic). Therefore, psychics with “acidic” energy heal similar individuals. Try convincing a patient that the dirty energies of their healer are the cause of their illness—you will not be forgiven.

Thus, as of today, while moral and spiritual levels remain low, we need both “alkaline” and “acidic” psychics. Your intuition will guide you to the right one. There is no need to shout who is black and who is white; each person does their work and attracts similar energies, and God will judge them.

Someday, clinics will have devices to determine the chemical valence of a patient, allowing doctors to direct them to one of the psychics affiliated with the clinic, who will also possess a chemical certificate. Naturally, such characteristics should remain confidential from all parties. The conductor of this process should be a medical specialist.

I believe that, by the law of analogy, soda will primarily help those with alkaline indicators and, conversely, exacerbate the condition of those who are acidic. Therefore, do not rush to use soda indiscriminately—this requires a delicate approach. But who is capable of doing this? While doctors await specialized equipment, we will perish.

I propose the simplest method. A person places a glass (or half a glass) of water on the palm of their left hand and begins to make circular motions over it with their right hand, clockwise or counterclockwise—do not overthink it; your intuition will guide your hand. After 3–5 minutes, the water will be charged with your biofield. The doctor dips a sensitive litmus paper or some reagent into this water, which, by staining the paper or the water, will indicate the chemical concentration of your energy. This is how quickly an analysis can be done with highly sensitive tests. Before the session, the palms must be thoroughly washed and warmed by rubbing them vigorously against each other. This will accelerate the water-charging process. Thus,
