Sun’s biquintile: A promising direction for eradicating crime lies in the universal application of mercy. This aspect directs a person’s initiative in the planet’s spheres toward lower and imperfect forms of life, which on a low level manifests primarily as instructions and directives imposed authoritatively, yet with poor understanding of the essence of the matter. In reality, this aspect indicates that a person can take constructive part in the issues of lower life, and moreover, such life requires their volitional impulses and initiatives—but only provided there is genuine understanding and not merely selfish interest. Then the individual can achieve much, and in doing so, not only their own vitality will grow, but also their human essence will emerge. Affliction of the Sun signifies strong dictatorial tendencies, a propensity to disregard the complexity of inner antagonisms and problems of lower life, and an emphasized separation of it from oneself as evolutionarily higher. Affliction of the planet indicates the complexity of lower life issues (including in corresponding spheres) and the strength of one’s own egoism. Harmony between the Sun and the planet signifies the temptation of purely selfish, effortless consumption of lower life forms, which will offer no noticeable resistance and, on the contrary, will initially be only delighted by any attention from such a lofty companion, even if he sprinkles them with rue and spices them with garlic in a quite obvious manner. For example, a harmonious Sun-Moon biquintile provides good understanding of domestic animals and affectionate relationships with them, either urban type (“favorite dog sleeping with owner on the same bed”) or rural type (“eat, eat, little pig, until autumn when we’ll slaughter you”). Mars’ biquintile: Those who lie down are not beaten—they are walked upon and used to wipe one’s feet. This aspect imparts in the planet’s spheres activity and energy directed toward interaction with lower forms of life. Affliction of Mars will make this energy destructive, though the person will not notice this immediately; at least, they may sincerely believe that everything emanating from them toward lower life is beneficial to it (although it, being foolish and ungrateful, often fails to understand this and attempts to protest). If both the planet is afflicted, the individual may become a tormentor of lower life, a cruel viceroy (a more prosaic variant, for example, with Mars-Mercury biquintile—a strict schoolteacher who suppresses any manifestations of students’ vitality and is aggressively dissatisfied with their knowledge in his subject). In the harmonious variant, this aspect enables one to easily find an appropriate way to participate in the concerns of lower life forms and, with minimal effort, gain substantial dividends from it; however, one should not speculate on this, otherwise the opportunities for expressing and developing humanity within oneself will be irreversibly lost. Proper integration leads to energetic and skillful participation in the development of imperfect life, while simultaneously allowing the individual to evolve, gaining the ability to soften their own lower aggressive programs of the subconscious by channeling energy in a more cultured and constructive manner.
