Sun’s biquintile: A promising direction for eradicating crime lies in the universal application of mercy. This aspect directs a person’s initiative in the planet’s spheres toward lower and imperfect forms of life, which on a low level manifests primarily as instructions and directives imposed authoritatively, yet with poor understanding of the essence of the matter. In reality, this aspect indicates that a person can take constructive part in the issues of lower life, and moreover, such life requires their volitional impulses and initiatives—but only provided there is genuine understanding and not merely selfish interest. Then the individual can achieve much, and in doing so, not only their own vitality will grow, but also their human essence will manifest. Affliction of the Sun signifies strong dictatorial tendencies, inclination to disregard the complexity of inner antagonisms and problems of lower life, and pronounced separation from it as evolutionarily inferior. Affliction of the planet indicates the complexity of lower life issues (including in corresponding spheres) and the strength of one’s own egoism. Harmony between the Sun and the planet suggests the temptation of purely selfish, effortless consumption of lower life forms, which will offer no noticeable resistance and, on the contrary, will initially be only delighted by any attention from such a lofty companion, even if he sprinkles them with holy water and spices them with garlic in quite obvious ways. For example, a harmonious Sun-Moon biquintile provides good understanding of domestic animals and affectionate relationships with them, either urban style (“favorite dog sleeping with the owner on the same bed”) or rural style (“eat, eat, little pig, until autumn when we’ll slaughter you”). Neptune’s biquintile: Even geese have their mantras. This aspect bestows in the planet’s spheres love for lower forms of life and compassion toward them; at a high level—subtle understanding and humane attitude, where the individual acts as a higher being, a sort of deity. At a low level, true understanding is absent, yet the person seeks out lower life in search of lower meditations, debasing themselves to its level and attaining a lower octave of those feelings and experiences which, in their higher variant, they desire but cannot access without special effort. For example, a Neptune-Mercury or Neptune-Venus biquintile may produce a socially established and non-drinking individual who is nonetheless devoted to conversations with vagrants, alcoholics, etc., voluntarily helping them obtain their next dose or simply offering moral support through agreement and reinforcement. Here, there is attachment to a lower form of life, but the help given benefits less the recipient than the giver (indirect satisfaction of repressed desires for freedom and immediate joy of life). When Neptune is afflicted, various distortions in the perception of lower life forms are possible, along with inadequate (though often poorly understood why) involvement with such people, and coping with the situation may be extremely difficult, perhaps even requiring consideration of specific lower programs of the subconscious activated within the individual. A harmonious Neptune presents a distorted rosy picture of lower life and the person’s role within it, and even minimal successful involvement in its problems will bring the person into an euphoric state, although real results may practically be absent. Still, a harmonious biquintile confers a natural grace radiating from the person toward lower life forms, and children and dogs will love him unconditionally.
