Uranus quincunx: Science, being unable to disprove the existence of God, with complete certainty establishes the presence of the devil, who is in fact its own insidious creation. This aspect brings cosmic revelations in the areas of the planet, which will seem utterly insane to an unprepared person, since to understand them even minimally, one must adopt a cosmic perspective and then interpret them in relation to earthly conditions over a long period. When this aspect becomes actively engaged, it is dangerous for the individual, and sometimes, especially with a harmonious Uranus, for those around, as it provides a direct transmission of cosmic karma to an unprepared or poorly prepared earthly consciousness. If Uranus is afflicted, mental disorders related to difficulties in adapting the psyche to cosmic vibrations are possible; working through this involves becoming aware of the limitations of one’s earthly ethics and developing a cosmic outlook on the planet’s spheres, after which the person may find themselves able to resolve, with the help of the Cosmos, the most difficult earthly karmic knots and create new channels of cooperation with extraterrestrial egregores. For example, a well-integrated Jupiter-Uranus quincunx may produce a cosmic philosopher with unexpected revelations concerning the structure of the Universe and world karma. At a low level, this aspect may produce eccentric, wild, or insane ideas that parody cosmic philosophy, incomprehensible to anyone (including the person themselves); at best, they will pay no attention to them, at worst—insist upon them, especially by overturning the authority of classical thinkers, yet inevitably failing in justification, for example, when attempting to establish a selenocentric worldview. Chiron quincunx: One should wash one’s hands before playing with words. This aspect gives in the planet’s spheres a peculiar sense of humor with a cosmic undertone; indeed, viewing earthly relationships from a cosmic standpoint inherently provides ample cause for genuine laughter (or equally genuine tears). At a low level, the aspect manifests as the person constantly shifting in the planet’s spheres between earthly and cosmic viewpoints and back again, throwing their psyche into chaos and turning constructive progress into wandering through blind alleys; true, each such detour will be brief, but the person never finds a satisfactory way of behaving, and most importantly, cannot understand the meaning of the difficulties that arise, their general origin, or cause. The karmic task of this aspect is to discover in the planet’s spheres an unexpected way of perception that reconciles cosmic and earthly karma, after which previously blocked developmental paths, long considered dead ends, will open up. For example, a worked-out Chiron-Pluto quincunx may provide the possibility of finding a method of cosmic purification acceptable from the standpoint of earthly karma—relatively painless and not creating great tension or karmic knots—but for this, the person must first attain such a level of mastery over their subconscious and its purity as Pluto requires. At a moderate level, this quincunx produces black humor with a cosmic tint and an underlying background of utter hopelessness, which one must learn to overcome and transform in order not to fall into the dead end of nihilistic black teachings.
