Semi-quintile Jupiter — Uranus
(Transit. Jupiter → Natal Uranus)
Avesalom Podvodny. Aspects
Decile of Jupiter: The humanity of God is no more doubtful than the humanity of man. This person will seek manifestations of their humanity in expanding opportunities for others in areas related to the planet. In these spheres, they are characterized by broad humanitarian interests; for example, a Sun-Jupiter decile during processing may give a philosopher dealing with the problem of human free will, while at a low level, it may produce a religious fanatic who adheres to the principle “those not with us are against us” and considers only puppets of their egregore to be human; in this case, they will consider humanity to be the conversion of others to their faith and the destruction of the rest. Here, humanism as an expansion of opportunities for others in the spheres of the planet does not come naturally but requires certain efforts from the person and the involvement of principles of other planets (for example, the Sun and Mars, i.e., initiative, energy, etc.). On the other hand, at a low level, the person may boast of their philanthropy and ability to help in the spheres of the planet, and any doubt about their real merits will be perceived as an insult, while minimal restrictions or even a simple comparison with someone greater (or even equal) will be seen as antihuman degradation. A processed Jupiter decile gives (in the relevant areas) great humanitarians, while an unprocessed one reveals pretensions to this role, and the more afflicted Jupiter is, the more pronounced this becomes.
Decile of Uranus: When developing a concept of humanism, one should not get ahead of their time. In the spheres of the planet, the person will have extraordinary and often fantastic humanitarian ideas, both regarding humanity as a whole and individual people. The decile, of course, softens Uranus’ influence, but the recipient of the humanitarian act will still need some time to come to their senses, gathering the remnants of their sense of humor and comforting themselves with the thought that the person obviously meant well. The decile of Uranus also provides a certain humanism and protection of fate for the person in the areas governed by the planet, but again in a characteristic Uranian style—often at the last moment or through a harsh energetic influence. Here, much depends on the level of processing of Uranus and the ability and desire to read and consider Uranian signs of fate. A brilliant example of skillfully reading the signs of the Uranus decile was given by Ilya Muromets, who greeted the disabled beggars who entered his home, as a result of which he gained the strength of a bogatyr and performed many heroic deeds considered humanitarian by the standards of his time. At a low level, the person may be very capricious and vulnerable in the spheres of the planet and may consider absolutely harmless actions of others as antihuman towards themselves.
