Decile of Jupiter: The humanity of God is no more doubtful than the humanity of man. This person will seek manifestations of their humanity in expanding opportunities for others in areas related to the planet. In these spheres, broad humanitarian interests are characteristic of them; for example, a decile of Sun–Jupiter during processing may give a philosopher dealing with the problem of human free will, while at a low level—it may give a religious fanatic who preaches the principle of “those not with us are against us” and considers only puppets of their egregore to be human; in this case, they will consider it humane to convert those who do so and to destroy the others. Here, humanism as an expansion of opportunities for others in the spheres of the planet does not come by itself but requires certain efforts on the person’s part and the involvement of the principles of other planets (for example, Sun and Mars, i.e., initiative, energy, etc.). On the other hand, at a low level, the person will boast of their humaneness and the ability to provide humane assistance in the spheres of the planet, and any doubt in their real merits will be perceived as an insult, while minimal restrictions or even a simple comparison with someone greater (or even equal) will be seen as inhuman degradation. A processed decile of Jupiter gives (in relevant areas) great humanitarians, while an unprocessed one—claims to this, but the more afflicted Jupiter is, the more it is exposed. Decile of Neptune: In our time, it is very important to be known for one’s humaneness. This aspect gives in the spheres of the planet’s action pity for people (primarily for oneself) and a desire to alleviate their suffering, at a low level often through deception (“a lie for salvation”) and drugs. The person themselves, acting inhumanely in the spheres of the planet, later experiences a strong sense of guilt and shame, so they try to avoid such situations even in small things, or by falsifying evidence to convince themselves that what they did ultimately benefits others; however, when Neptune is activated, logical arguments help poorly. A processed aspect gives a deep understanding of the humanitarian aspects of the planetary principle and its humane use in the spheres of influence of the planet; at a high level—religious and mystical understanding of the human essence: prophets and religious philosophers of a humanistic orientation. In general, this decile provides gentle protection from fate: when a person is already in a very bad situation in the spheres of the planet, they may (consciously or unconsciously) beg for help, and divine grace will soften their suffering. With a strong Neptune, it will not be easy to distinguish humanity toward others from inhumanity in the spheres of the planet, and here the person needs to be attentive.
