Jupiter’s sextile: Brilliant opportunities are better given than taken. To give Jupiter his due: any of his aspects (especially major ones) to a Planet expands possibilities within its spheres absolutely free of charge; the only question is how to properly approach and wisely manage them. The sextile from Jupiter gives a person an interest in expanding the areas ruled by the Planet, and a deeper understanding of its principle both in outer and inner life. Jupiter will offer numerous favorable opportunities, presenting them with his characteristic grandeur. However, a person who believes that since the horn of plenty began functioning so miraculously, it will continue indefinitely, is greatly mistaken. Further progress will require personal effort, and brilliant prospects will demand corresponding work for their realization (Jupiter, of course, will assist along the way, but assistance will still need to be repaid somehow, just as one must repay help from unexpected benefactors). A person can learn all this if they understand that the opportunities offered by Chiron’s sextile require not only honest work but also an unconventional approach, and possibly even parting with a portion of their accustomed worldview. Overall, this is a highly promising aspect, giving a person the chance to unravel complex and deeply hidden enigmas of their subconscious, illuminate and reliably bring into consciousness programs that seemed entirely inaccessible—sometimes leading to a qualitative leap in the areas ruled by the Planet. Working with this sextile enables not only choosing entirely original paths for developing the planetary principle, but also offering them to others.
