Venus – Neptune Conjunction
(Transit Venus → Natal Neptune)
Various sources for the child’s horoscope
Your child is very active, romantic, dreamy, and especially sensitive. People like this are said to be lost in the clouds. They can be overly trusting and fail to understand others. They are easily hurt by the coldness of loved ones. They have an extraordinary receptivity to beauty, a passion for music, dance, and other “refined” art forms. They may possess dramatic talent or the ability to project a beautiful image (e.g., a model).
Het Monster. Aspects

Catherine Aubier. Astrological Dictionary
Conjunction: complete confusion in the emotional sphere, which completely absorbs the soul and feelings. We see a romantic idealist who knows no obstacles or boundaries in mutual love. Sometimes, their desire to liken a beloved being to their ideal leads them to a kind of “Pygmalion complex”: once placed on a pedestal of harmony, the object of love no longer has the right to descend from it. Often, love is directed more toward an idea, something unreal, rather than a real being, which in this case serves merely as a symbol.

Venus conjunction: Benefiting society can only be achieved by first separating oneself from it. The combination with Venus gives the planet’s principle strong social and aesthetic accents; at a low level in the areas governed by the planet, this person will be aesthetically capricious and socially determined. Public opinion and the principle of “what people think” will be very significant for them, and freeing the planet’s principle from the influence of social clichés will be difficult, which can sometimes lead to ridiculous dogmatism and absurd, unpredictable effects when attempting to apply social stereotypes in entirely unsuitable situations—this being where the issue manifests (at this level). Another feature of Venus’s influence on the planet in conjunction with it is the emphasis on love, not necessarily erotic. Working with the aspect brings divine light to any manifestation of the planet; at a low level, the person does not perceive the planet’s manifestations unless they are accompanied by a significant amount of directed love or social attention, though (karmically) they should not so much receive as radiate love in appropriate situations. For example, a child with Venus conjunct Saturn can be encouraged to engage in or focus on something only through kindness, affection, gentle persuasion, etc., but never through force; ridicule in society will literally force them to curl up in a corner and weep. At a low level, Venus relaxes the planet, making the person a social parasite and refined egoist in the relevant areas, but during processing, egoism gives way to service to others; for example, Venus conjunct the Moon may produce a glutton and gourmand who cares only about their stomach, but when worked with, a brilliant chef who arranges dishes as if for an art exhibition; the same applies to their sex life. Neptune conjunction: It is difficult for a person without a soul to believe in the immortality of the soul. In the areas governed by the planet together with Neptune, the person struggles to concentrate: meditation begins, which (without working on the aspect) is guided by lower subconscious programs, attempting to subordinate all manifestations of the planet’s principle to the ego. Neptune creates constant distortions of perception, false positions, temptations of conscious and unconscious deception in the relevant spheres, and it is very difficult to free oneself from these influences, as an unworked conjunction allows the lower octave of Neptune to deeply penetrate the planet’s principles. If Neptune is in conjunction with Venus, at a low level of working with the aspect, the person will constantly find themselves in false positions, even lying in social contacts and love, but both this and other areas, as well as accessible forms of art, will be sources of endless pleasure for them. Working on it produces a true connoisseur of art, or perhaps much more. Working with the Neptune-Saturn conjunction is much more challenging, as the lower octave of Neptune diverts Saturn’s gaze, and the person is practically incapable of concentration (lower meditation begins quickly, and attention drifts) and self-deepening, which are necessary for developing discipline and inner honesty. Here, working with Pluto helps (which, by the way, stood in sextile to Neptune for the entire second half of the 20th century, promising support), the only planet capable of dispelling Neptune’s illusions and deceptions. At a high level of working with the Neptune conjunction, the person gains a rare ability in the areas governed by the planet to truly understand, engage in high meditations, and perform external actions in which they can express the Ineffable, though not everyone is capable of seeing this.
Frances Sakoian. Aspects
Resembles the influence of Pisces, where Neptune is the ruler and Venus is in exaltation. With harmonious aspects – spiritualized love. Highly developed types possess therapeutic talents and spiritual understanding of the transcendental nature. Sensitivity, receptivity to beauty, their presence brings joy and light to others. Vulnerable, deeply experiencing. They often exert a hypnotic influence, whether good or bad, depending on the aspects. Rich imagination, productive subconscious. They love subtle music, mystical art depicting visions. They adore all things delicate and refined, the art of photography. With challenging aspects – impracticality, lost in the clouds, which burdens those around them. Low-developed people are unreliable in love.
S.V. Shestopalov. Aspects of Planets
Gives great imagination and inspiration; a deep love for beauty in all forms; a love for poetry, art, music, especially spiritual. Deep and elevated states of consciousness, delight in beauty, especially in nature; refined taste. The reverse side is detachment from reality, idealism, romanticism, dreaminess, and fantasy. Venus in conjunction and tense aspects with Neptune: unhealthy fantasy, daydreaming, empty dreaminess, utopianism, vagueness, unclear sensations and feelings, self-deception, illusions, disappointment, weak will, indulgence in feelings, a desire to go with the flow, unstable ideals. The positive side is that the feeling of dissatisfaction pushes toward spiritual improvement and the pursuit of beauty.
