Jupiter–Neptune conjunction Het Monster: Rich imagination in art, philosophy, religion; abundance of psychic and emotional experiences. Little healthy common sense or discipline. With adverse aspects – loss of contact with reality. They promise more than they deliver.
Catherine Aubier: Jupiter–Neptune conjunction Conjunction: interaction of mystical ideals with the blossoming of personality; religious faith is assertive yet gentle. Tolerance, humanity, fervor, and generosity. Conviction that upholding ideals and striving for higher goals must never disregard the individual, but rather be built upon respect for it. This aspect signifies authority: benevolent, merciful, yet still authority…
A. Podvodny: Jupiter–Neptune conjunction Jupiter’s conjunction: Standing on the shoulders of giants, make sure they don’t stoop because of it. At a low level, conjunction with Jupiter gives the Planet an acute sense of self-importance. The person sincerely believes that all their expressions in the relevant areas are extraordinarily important and significant, that they possess immense potential, and that everyone, recognizing this, should assist them and serve selflessly. Indeed, potentially this aspect grants great expansion of the Planet’s principle and sometimes undeserved happiness (especially with a strong Jupiter), for example, powerful patronage. The danger lies in the tendency to perceive these opportunities as given, as if it could not be otherwise, and purely in the selfish aspect of joyful consumption. The processing lies in recognizing one’s responsibility for any Jovian gifts and opportunities as collective values, and in their most effective and creative distribution. The conjunction with Jupiter signifies an intense invitation from the egregore, and the person (karmically) must not only consume the gifts but also enter the egregore and perform the necessary work within it (or through it), or else pass the channel to the appropriate person. For example, the conjunction of Jupiter with Mars means the person will have abundant energy coming from diverse sources, but also a strong temptation to expend it chaotically, thoughtlessly, and inefficiently, although for a long time they may subconsciously believe that any of their active deeds are flawless and bring pure grace. At a high level of processing, this person opens high energetic and spiritual channels for others (in general, conjunctions with Jupiter are the aspect of the preacher).
Neptune’s conjunction: It is difficult for a person who has no soul to believe in the soul’s immortality. In the areas ruled by the Planet together with Neptune, the person struggles to concentrate: meditation begins spontaneously, which (without processing the aspect) is guided by lower programs of the subconscious, attempting to place all manifestations of the Planet’s principle in service of the ego. Neptune creates constant distortion of perception, false positions, and temptations of conscious and unconscious deception in the corresponding spheres; moreover, liberation from these influences is extremely difficult, since unprocessed conjunction produces a very deep and powerful penetration of Neptune’s lower octave into the Planet’s principles. If Neptune is in conjunction with Venus, at a low level of processing the person will constantly fall into false situations and outright lie in social contacts and love, yet both, along with accessible forms of art, will be for them an endless source of pleasure; processing can produce a true connoisseur of art, possibly. Much more difficult is the processing of Neptune’s conjunction with Saturn, since the lower octave of Neptune diverts Saturn’s gaze, rendering the person practically incapable of the concentration (lower meditation quickly begins, and attention drifts) and self-immersion necessary for developing discipline and inner honesty. Here, processing Pluto (which, by the way, stood in sextile to Neptune throughout the second half of the 20th century, promising support) helps—the only planet capable of dispelling Neptune’s illusions and deception. At a high level of processing, conjunction with Neptune grants the person, in the areas ruled by the Planet, a rare ability for true understanding, high meditations, and outward actions through which the Ineffable can be expressed—though not everyone is capable of perceiving this.
