The group does not need a boss, yet this person has too much energy directed toward managing and directly controlling the activities of group members. At a low level, he constantly interferes in their work and, in a tone of unquestionable authority, energetically instructs others what to do and how to do it, showing no shame for his incompetence and ignorance. With a strong 10th house, weak 11th house, and afflicted Leo, there may even be direct attempts to usurp power within the collective, though this remains relatively rare. More often, the person settles for local self-assertion at the expense of other group members, demonstrating that only he truly works. The resolution comes through sharing one’s energy, enthusiasm, and self-confidence with others, and only when the person learns to rejoice in the successes and self-assertion of others does the 11th house begin to function constructively. If the person’s energy is weak, the collective may suppress him, especially if Leo is afflicted.
