Quincunx of Mercury: Every word has its true meaning. This aspect gives a cosmic direction to thoughts in the spheres of the planet, but it does not only mean an interest in science fiction, but also certain difficulties in earthly ways of comprehension, which can cause a person a lot of minor troubles, since the usual, socially accepted way of thinking will seem to them boring, insufficient, and unsatisfactory. Their own thoughts and reflections may seem objective and witty to the person, sometimes even an unconditional universal truth, but in reality, they will most often turn out to be an eclectic mix of weak earthly reasoning with unassimilated cosmic understanding, from which it will be quite difficult to extract rational or healthy mystical grains. In moments of strong activation of the quincunx, a person will feel an inhuman flow of their thoughts and may be frightened by them or, on the contrary, welcome them, depending on the major aspects of the quincunx and the horoscope as a whole, but it will be difficult for the person to get used to the cosmic nature of their thoughts and to correlate them constructively with earthly circumstances. Due to the defeat of Mercury (and the chart in general) for this reason, even a split personality, delusions of cosmic grandeur, or persecution, etc., may occur. Working through this requires, first of all, abandoning anthropocentric and geocentric views on the spheres of the planet and developing a cosmic ethics within them, and secondly, carefully aligning cosmic-accented thinking with earthly problems, which will also not be an easy task, but as a result, it will give extraordinary creative abilities and a cosmic orientation.

Quincunx of Uranus: Science, being unable to refute the Existence of God, fully establishes the presence of the devil, being in fact its own machinations. This aspect gives cosmic revelations in the spheres of the planet, which will seem absolutely insane to an unprepared person, since in order to understand them even to some extent, one must adopt a cosmic point of view and then interpret them for a long time in relation to earthly conditions. When this aspect is actively activated, it is dangerous for the person, and sometimes, especially with a harmonious Uranus, for those around them, as it provides a direct transmission of cosmic karma to an unprepared or poorly prepared earthly being. In case of defeat of Uranus, mental illnesses associated with the difficulties of adapting the psyche to cosmic vibrations are possible; the processing here goes through the realization of the limitations of one’s earthly ethics and the development of a cosmic view of the spheres of the planet, after which the person turns out to be capable of resolving, with the help of the Cosmos, the most difficult earthly karmic knots and creating new channels of cooperation with extra-terrestrial egregores. For example, a worked-out quincunx of Jupiter–Uranus can give a philosopher-cosmist with unexpected revelations regarding the structure of the Universe and world karma. At a low level, this aspect can give eccentric, wild, or insane ideas that parody cosmic philosophy and are incomprehensible to anyone (including the person themselves); in the best case, they will ignore them, in the worst case – insist on them, especially by appealing to the authority of classics, which, however, will inevitably fail when substantiating, for example, a selenocentric worldview.
