The decile of Uranus: When developing the concept of humanism, one should not ahead of their time. In the spheres of the Planet in a person, there will be extraordinary and often fantastic humanistic ideas, both regarding humanity as a whole and individual people. The decile, of course, will soften the influence of Uranus, but the victim of a humanistic act will still have to come to their senses for some time, gathering the remains of their sense of humor and comforting themselves that the person, apparently, wanted the best. The decile of Uranus also gives a certain humanism and protection of a person’s fate in the spheres governed by the Planet, but again in a characteristic Uranian style, often at the last minute, or with a harsh energetic impact. Here, much depends on the level of processing of Uranus and the ability and willingness to read and take into account Uranian signs of fate. A brilliant example of literate reading of the signs of the decile of Uranus was given by Ilya Muromets, who greeted the cripples who came to him, as a result of which he received the strength of a hero and performed a mass of humanistic, by the standards of his time, feats. At a low level, a person in the spheres of the Planet can be very whimsical and vulnerable, and may consider absolutely innocent manifestations of those around them as inhumane towards themselves. The decile of Pluto: To deprive fate of its inherent food would be simply inhumane. The interpretation of this aspect depends on the aspects of the Planet and Pluto, and most importantly, on the evolutionary level of a person. Here, fatal circumstances test and cleanse (in the sphere of the Planet) such a delicate moment as humanity, namely both of the given person and their environment. A harmonious decile can give a certain protection from fate, relatively “human” its manifestations, being struck, on the contrary, gives a harsh test of humanity, and if a person does not withstand it, they can become a cruel tyrant, a black teacher who destroys all that is human in people who depend on them. For a person who has embarked on the path of spiritual development, this is a very promising aspect: Pluto will illuminate all inhumane programs of the subconscious in the spheres of the Planet, and, having come to terms with the limited, albeit painful and initially inhumane losses, a person will be able to transform them into evolutionarily higher ones. For example, the decile Pluto-Mars will denote aggression as an inhumane manifestation, and here a person at a low level can become an aggressive tormentor who energetically destroys all that is human in people; at a middle level, a person will in every way avoid aggression, feeling that it is inhumane (especially in relation to themselves), but sometimes they will still encounter it, feel its presence in themselves, but diligently suppress this feeling; at the level of working on oneself, a person, having realized internal aggression, revealed by Pluto as inhumane in nature, will transform it into constructive energy, simultaneously increasing the frequency of vibrations of the energy flow (a hooligan becomes a karate teacher). Then, both the fate that is transmitted and the cleansing in its surroundings of the Planetary principle will be, as far as possible, humane.
