Decile of Neptune: Nowadays, it is very important to be renowned for one’s philanthropy. This aspect brings compassion toward people (primarily toward oneself) and a desire to alleviate their suffering into the spheres of influence of the planet; on a low level, this often occurs through deception (“a white lie”) and drugs. The person, acting in the planet’s spheres in an inhumane way, later experiences strong feelings of guilt and shame, so they try to avoid such situations even in small matters or, by twisting the facts, convince themselves that what they did ultimately benefits others; however, when Neptune is activated, logical arguments are of little help. A well-worked-out aspect provides deep understanding of the humanitarian aspects of the planetary principle and its humane use in the planet’s spheres of influence; on a high level, it offers religious and mystical comprehension of the human essence: prophets and religious philosophers of a humanitarian orientation. In general, this decile provides a soft protection from fate: when a person’s situation in the planet’s spheres becomes truly dire, they may (consciously or unconsciously) beg for help, and divine grace will alleviate their suffering. With a strong Neptune, distinguishing humanity toward others from inhumanity in the planet’s spheres will not be easy, and here the person must be attentive.

Decile of Pluto: To deprive fate of its inherent nourishment would be inhumane. The interpretation of this aspect depends on the aspects of the planet and Pluto, and most importantly, on the person’s evolutionary level. Here, fateful circumstances test and purify (in the planet’s spheres) such a delicate matter as humanity, affecting not only the individual but also their environment. A harmonious decile can provide some protection from fate, making its manifestations relatively “humane”; a challenged one, on the contrary, imposes a harsh test of humanity, and if the person fails it, they may become a cruel tyrant, a dark teacher who destroys all that is human in those dependent on them. For a person on the path of spiritual development, this is a very promising aspect: Pluto will illuminate all inhuman subconscious programs in the planet’s spheres, and by accepting the limited, though painful and seemingly inhumane losses, the person will be able to transform them into evolutionarily higher states. For example, the Pluto–Mars decile marks aggression as an inhuman manifestation, and on a low level, the person may become an aggressive tormentor who energetically destroys all that is human in others; on a middle level, the person will avoid aggression in every way, feeling it to be inhumane (especially toward themselves), though they will still encounter it and sense its presence within, carefully suppressing this feeling; at the level of self-work, the person, having recognized the inner aggression revealed by Pluto as inherently inhuman, will transform it into constructive energy, simultaneously raising the frequency of their energy flow (the bully becomes a karate teacher). Then, both the fate transiting through this aspect and the purification in the environment of the planet’s principle will prove to be as humane as possible.
